The Royal Seacrest is a stunning Brand New Luxury holiday complex completed in March 2009. Private roof top terrace boasting stunning views of the surrounding Paphos landscape and panoramic sea view. The complex is 300 meters from the Tombs of The Kings road which contains an abundance of bars & restaurants and a further 100 meters you are at the beach. Some of communal features available to guests are:- 
 
- 2 Large lagoon pools with waterfall features. 
- Children’s pool and 2 outdoor Jacuzzi’s. 
- FREE use of Sun beds and Umbrellas around the pool area. 
- Landscaped sunbathing areas and loungers.

The Royal Seacrest apartment overlook communal Mediterranean style patio gardens and two large lagoon pools with waterfall and rock features, shallow children's pool and two outdoor Jacuzzis. 
 
The Tombs of the Kings area is located between the vibrant seafront tourist area of Kato Paphos with its famous Harbour and Paphos old Town with its traditional market and modern shopping. Both the Old Town and Kato Paphos are within walking distance of the apartment. 
 
The Tombs of the Kings UNESCO world heritage site, together with the numerous Taverns, bars, restaurants, banks and shops of the Tombs of the king’s area are only a five minute walk from the apartment.  
 
The magnificent harbour lined with open air Taverns is a 15-20 minute walk away, along the new beautiful coastal path. You can visit the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics or take a boat trip. 
 
The Blue flag Faros beach is opposite the complex just 800m away. 
 
5* ESPA spa and 5* PADI dive school in the Elysium Hotel opposite. 
 
There is a bus stop just nearby the complex for those wishing to take the short bus ride to visit Coral Bay.  
 
For those wishing a Golfing holiday there are 3 superb courses within a 30 minute drive.

Bedlinen and towels are supplied. For your use hair dryer, Iron, Ironing Board and Safe Deposit Box is provided. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob with oven, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots, pans etc. It has a living room/dining area that opens out on to a veranda which overlooks a lagoon shaped pool. For your entertainment, we have provided a flat screen 26" TV, DVD and Satellite with SKY Digital box. You are most welcome to bring your own DVDs along to play there. The large covered balcony can be accessed from the bedroom. Sun loungers and Parasols are provided for your use around the pool area.     Fly to Paphos International Airport - Kato Paphos/Tombs of the Kings is only 15km from the airport.  
     
    Harbour area is a 20-25 minute walk along the new coast path and you can reach the old town and market within 5 minutes. There are local air conditioned buses .  
     
    Coral Bay Beach (10 minute drive/6 miles) - the best sandy beach in Western Cyprus.

The apartment had everything we needed (new crockery, kitchen utensils, flat screen tv with sky, dvd player, hairdryer, information pack etc) and a nice balcony. The pool area was lovely and very quite. Its about a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants, shops and car hire places on the Tomb of the Kings Road. The harbour area, which seems to be the centre of Paphos, is about a 25 minute walk away If you don't fancy the walk there are buses and taxis are quite cheap. The owner of the apartment was extremely helpful and quicky responded to all my emails with questions about the apartment, paphos etc. We went to some of the restaurants recommended in the Lonely Planet guide (Argo, Honduras) which were good. If you're on a tight budget Pingouinos bar/cafe near the harbour front is very nice and has some really cheap food, plus laptops you can borrow to access the internet. I'd recommend hiring a car for 2 or 3 days to explore some of the less touristy areas - Lara Bay, the gorge and walks around Bath of Aphrodite. The mosaics in paphos are definitely worth a visit too. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before your holidays along with a refundable security deposit £150. We accept GBP by bank transfer. If there is 8 weeks or less to your holidays, we would require full payment. These prices are for maximum of 2 persons. Incase of 3 or 4 persons, please add only £25.00 extra per week. Additional needs, car hire, baby cot or extra bed can be arranged on request. 10% Discount available for bookings over 2 weeks. Discounts also available for winter lets. Cancellation Policy: More than 8 weeks - Loss of deposit. Between 4-8 weeks - 50% of balance refunded. Between 2-4 weeks - 25% of balance refunded. Between 0-2 weeks - 10% of balance refunded. Insurance is recommended No pets are allowed. No smoking in the apartment.

    royal seascrest is an excellent complex in an ideal location, communal areas were immaculate and apartment very clean i would reccomend the royal seacrest to anyone wanting to visit paphos.

    Arrived in the apartment on a sunday we got in to find milk bread and butter in the fridge which we thought was fab, The complex is in a excellent location litrally takes 3 mins then your by all the shops etc, The apartment was spotless had everything we could possibly need and so modern we was very sad to leave, i would recommend this location to anyone considering going to paphos, we are already discussing dates to come back in the near future.     We had such a wonderful experience in Cyprus, mainly because of the fantastic accommodation we stayed in. The service we received prior to our departure was nothing short of spectacular - Shyam is exceptionally polite, organised and very attentive to the needs of the guests. We would happily recommend the apartment to others to enjoy what Cyprus has to offer.

    I am a retired Banker worked all my life in the Financial Institutions. I’m very pleased to be the owner of this apartment. I love to travel, especially to warmer sunny places like Paphos. It's very important to me that my guests enjoy wonderful holidays and that they feel relaxed and comfortable in the apartment. I've tried to ensure that the decor and appliances are to a high standard and that everything you need is provided. The double bed has a comfortable mattress to ensure that you have a good nights sleep. I provide a visitors guide with lots of information on where to go in the area and things to do, lots of top tips for you! I'm fortunate to have an excellent property manager who will be on call for you 24/7.

    I purchased this property off plan in 2006 and got keys in the month of March 2009.

    I LOVE CYPRUS for many reasons, not least the 300 days of sunshine a year. I purchased this apartment because it is in a prime location in Paphos to explore the Island from. However, if you just want to stay local everything is within a walking distance like - restaurants, shops, culture and history, pubs/clubs, sea and sand. It has something for everyone! Paphos has a long holiday season because of the great, sunny weather. The sunsets in Paphos are incredible. The apartment is a home from home in the sun. It has 2 beautiful large lagoon swimming pools, Jacuzzis and a Gym. . One of the lagoon pools has a separate children's pool.
    Unique benefits of the property
    The apartment is in a prime location. It's brand new and really smart, a perfect holiday destination. As well as being a great price for the standard of accommodation you can save so much money having all your food and drinks readily available in your own fully equipped kitchen. Have coffee on the balcony when you wake in the morning and a cool beer in the evening with no room service charges to pay! Roof Terrace gives a panoramic view of the sea. You have property managers on call 24/7 English couple so friendly, helpful and can assist you in many other ways as per your requirements.
