This superb modern apartment is on the second (top) floor of a small block, it has the advantage of views to the sea from both bedrooms! The accommodation is very light, spacious and comfortable. 
 
You have a nice sitting area with sofas, coffee tables and large television with satellite & DVD, CD player / stereo plus a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The apartment has a double size sofa-bed, so can sleep upto 6 people. Patio doors lead to the generous size balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the shapely swimming pool and views to Paphos Old Town. 
 
The kitchen / dining area is well equipped with all you need, including a washing machine, the formal dining table has 6 chairs. From the inner hallway you have 2 large bedrooms: the main bedroom is a sizeable double with dressing table and built in wardrobes. The 2nd bedroom is a twin, with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.  
 
The bathroom is modern, tastefully tiled with a shower over the bath. Outside you have a large shapely swimming pool with delightful terrace surround. There are toilets and showers for residents use. There is a car park with allocated spaces for each property.

Paphos Harbour is approximately 10/15 minute walk where you have dozens of places to eat,drink & shop, where as the Old Town / Paphos Town centre with markets,street cafes,shops etc is also 10/15 minutes walk. You have easy access by car or bus to the popular beach of Coral Bay. The 3 Golf Courses in Cyprus are all located in the Paphos area,are all short driving distance from Roman Park. 
     
    The area is steeped w/archeological sites including ancient mosaics & the tomb of the kings. There are many tourist facilities in the Paphos region,including a water park,go-karts,horse riding,bowling, cinema,bird & reptile park to mention a few.
