A superb, large, ground floor apartment situated in Paphos, South West Cyprus - a fantastic holiday destination, available to hire all year round. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard, has Digital TV and DVD facilities and a large pool-facing terrace with private sun loungers.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and sleeps up to 4 people.

The apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 5 and dining table and 4 chairs. This area leads onto a large private pool-facing terrace that is furnished with a table, chairs and two sun loungers.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There is one air-conditioned double bedroom with king-sized bed and fitted wardrobes. There is a sofabed in the living area that sleeps an additional two.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.

Parking is provided.

The complex has a large walk-in swimming pool and children’s pool. Sun beds and umbrellas are provided.

Additional features of the apartment include Digital television and radio, DVD player, CD player, safe, iron and ironing board. A complimentary welcome pack is included.

The apartment is set in Kato Paphos on the prestigious Limnaria Gardens Complex which has landscaped gardens, and a large walk-in swimming pool. It is a short walk to the beach and Bar Street, where you will find the bustling night life area with over 200 bars and restaurants.

Paphos Harbour is also a short walk away if you fancy a romantic stroll, a quiet meal or a visit to the market.

Traditional tourist attractions such as Tomb of the Kings and Aphrodite's Rock are also within easy reach as well as Paphos Water Park and the sandy beaches of Coral Bay.

The beach is a 5 minute walk down the road, where there are cafes with water sports and paragliding available. There is a large water park within easy reach and also a wildlife park.
The apartment is approximately 20 minutes drive from Paphos Airport and just over an hour's drive from Larnaca Airport. There is a very good bus service and also many places to hire a car if you wish to visit any of the further afield tourist attractions. The Troodos mountains are just over an hours drive away, and the lovely beaches and harbour of Latchi and Polis are only 40 minutes drive away.

Bedlinen, bath and hand towels are provided.
There are also 2 portable radiators in the apartment and also duvets for use in the colder months. Cots and highchairs can be hired at an additional cost and there is a children's pool on the complex.
