Vacation Rental Description
This deluxe apartment is situated in an attractive modern complex built around one of the largest swimming pools in Cyprus and is ideal for a family holiday. During the daytime, the water cascades between the two levels of the swimming pool and this is the view from the main balcony of the apartment. The apartment is situated a short walk from the beach and major tourist attractions of Paphos. Cyprus enjoys long warm summers and mild winters, making it an ideal all-year-round destination. There are many historic sites to visit as well as beautiful countryside to explore, several golf courses and of course watersports in the warm waters of the Mediterranean. This spacious apartment combines all the modern conveniences you could require with comfortable and attractive furnishing throughout. The open-plan living room comprises a comfortable lounge seating 6 persons, a well-appointed kitchen and a dining area seating 6 persons. There is a television with a selection of satellite channels and DVD/CD player for your entertainment.
There are 3 bedrooms: a master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms. All have ample wardrobes. All bed linen is provided (at no extra charge).
There are 2 bathrooms, both with ceramic tiling: the main bathroom has a shower over the bath, a wash basin and a w.c. The en suite bathroom also has a shower over the bath, a wash basin and a w.c. Towels are provided (at no extra charge).
The apartment has air conditioning for cooling and heating (at no extra charge).
The apartment has two balconies: the larger one has a superb view of the waterfall cascading between the two levels of the swimming pool and is equipped with an al fresco dining table seating 4 persons. The communal swimming pool is among the largest in Cyprus. It has integral seating with spa jets and is surrounded by a large open area of paving and gardens. There are ample sun loungers for sunbathing.
The convenient location of the apartment close to shops, tavernas and all the attractions of Paphos means that a car is not necessary. However, the apartment has under cover parking within the apartment building (which keeps your car cool in the heat of the Mediterranean summer), so the apartment is ideal for those who wish to explore Cyprus.
Facilities
We provide an English-speaking representative with several years experience of living in your resort area to assist in case of any problem arising with the apartment or should you suffer any personal emergency during your stay.
Activities
Cyprus has a wealth of historic sites and ornate Byzantine monasteries to explore. Don't miss the Paphos Mosaics, Tombs of the Kings, Kourion or Kolossi Castle where Richard the Lionheart was married.

Please note that a compulsory additional charge of £80 per week or part-week applies for laundry of linen and towels and cleaning. Minimum booking is 3 days. A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 (more for long stays) is required to secure a booking. This deposit is deducted from the final bill, which is payable no later than 70 days before the date of arrival. For bookings made less than 70 days before the date of arrival, the full balance is due on booking. A refundable security deposit of £250 is required for each booking.
