The Troodos and mount Olymus mountains provide skiing and snow boading in the winter months which is approx hour and half drive from Paphos.

Ten minutes walk to closest baech by Alexander The Great hotel. 15 minutes bus ride to the beautiful beaches at Coral bay with its array of shops bars and restaurants. Paphos airport is only 15 minutes drive / Larnaca airport is 90 minutes drive, car hire is not essential as the main tourist areas is within walking distance and a good regular bus service operates to all major local attractions , Paphos marckets, Old town, Coral bay and the water parks.

Golf
Paphos area is well catered for in terms of golf. With three golf courses within about half an hour drive to choose from, the golf buff is spoilt for choice. Aphrodites hills golf course is par 70/71 and is about 17km east of Paphos. Tsada golf cub is about 30km away and par 72. Secret Walley golf club is approx 18km east of Paphos and par 72.
Skiing
In the winter mounths there is a good skiing in the nearby Troodos mountains one hours drve from the apartment. Where else could you ski in the morning then be sunning yourself by the pool or on the beach in the afternoon. Thereis ski equipment hire via Cyprus ski club at the shop, if you are requireing ski hire equipment it is advisable to get there early . Also they sell ski and snow boading equipment at reasonable prices. There are 4 slopes from beginners to advance levels, Hea and Zeus are installed on the north face of mount Olympus and Aphrodite and Hermes lifts are at Sun valley.
