This is a unique, small very friendly complex. Ideal for families and couples and is furnished to a high standard. Own private parking area, open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with the latest electrical equipment satalite TV,DVD and CD player. Private balcony area over looking pool with 4 sun beds. Air conditioning with remote control throughout which can be used for heating in the winter months. 1 mins walk to nearest mini supper marcket 5/10 mins walk to nearest bars and restaurants. 10/15 mins walk to harbour area where you will find lots of very welcoming shops bars and restaurants. 10/15 mins walk to Paphos town center. Golf, watersports, sporting activities, go-karting, water park, beach buggy and boat hire. Museums and many archaeological and historical sites such as tjhe old fort, the mosaics and many ancients ruins. 20 mins drive to Akamas nature reserve with excellent hiking and walking trails. The Troodos and mount Olymus mountains provide skiing and snow boading in the winter months which is approx hour and half drive from Paphos.

Golf
Paphos area is well catered for in terms of golf. With three golf courses within about half an hour drive to choose from, the golf buff is spoilt for choice. Aphrodites hills golf course is par 70/71 and is about 17km east of Paphos. Tsada golf cub is about 30km away and par 72. Secret Walley golf club is approx 18km east of Paphos and par 72.
Skiing
In the winter mounths there is a good skiing in the nearby Troodos mountains one hours drve from the apartment. Where else could you ski in the morning then be sunning yourself by the pool or on the beach in the afternoon. Thereis ski equipment hire via Cyprus ski club at the shop, if you are requireing ski hire equipment it is advisable to get there early . Also they sell ski and snow boading equipment at reasonable prices. There are 4 slopes from beginners to advance levels, Hea and Zeus are installed on the north face of mount Olympus and Aphrodite and Hermes lifts are at Sun valley.

Ten minutes walk to closest baech by Alexander The Great. 15 minutes bus ride to the beautiful beaches at Coral bay with its array of shops bars and restaurants. Paphos airport is only 15 minutes drive / Larnaca airport is 90 minutes drive, car hire is not essential as the main tourist areas is within walking distance and a good regular bus service operates to all major local attractions , Paphos marckets, Old town, Coral bay and the water parks.

Damages deposit of £100 payable on arrival, refunded, less any breakages on departure. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
