Vacation Rental Description
This Beautiful New Air-Conditioned Apartment is in a quiet location and within walking distance to Paphos Harbour, the Beach and all Amenities. The Development has recently won the Homes Overseas Gold Award 2008 for Best Development in Cyprus. The view from the Kitchen Window overlooks an Orange and Grapefruit Grove and looks towards the sea. The front overlooks the Pool.
Access to the resort is by electronic gates and a parking space is provided. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment is suitable for wheelchair users via a ramp into the lobby and straight into the elevator. Once inside the apartment there are no stairs and the apartment is all on one level, making it easy for children and the elderly also.
The Facilities are as follows;
A fully fitted openplan kitchen with Black Granite Worktops, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Toaster, Caftiere, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine and plenty of Cutlery, Crockery, Tea Towels and Cooking Utensils should you wish to eat in.
Indoor Dining facilities for 6 plus a toddlers highchair and Outdoor Dining for 6 on the Terrace.
Lounge with Sofa Bed, Satellite TV with English Channels, DVD, Patio Door leading to Terrace with Table, Chairs and Umbrella and Views of the Pool. Air-Con Unit.
Bedroom 1 has an unusual feature, a double height ceiling and is very light and airey. Double Bed, Fitted Wardrobes and Bedside Cabinets with Patio Door leading to Terrace. Air-Con Unit
Bedroom 2 has 2 Single Beds, Bedside Cabinet, Fitted Wardrobes and Patio Door leading to Large Terrace with 2 Sunbeds. Air-Con Unit.
A Travel Cot is also provided for babies/toddlers, with linen also.
The Pool has an Ornamental Bridge across, and is an excellent place to chill out!. Sunbeds and Parasols are provided and there are Toilets, Changing Rooms with Showers also. It is a lovely resort to just take a walk around as all of the apartments are different and there are some unusual features.
Linen is provided with a change of linen for those staying for 2 weeks. We have an excellent cleaner and the apartment is cleaned before your arrival and on your departure and will be spotless. Please bring your own beach towels. We have 2 large towels purely for use on our sunbeds as the beds can get very hot but please leave them in the apartment, they are not for beach use.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am, however, we are very flexible if no-one else is booked in, and there is no extra charge. You can check in any day of the week and we do have special rates when booking for 4 or more weeks. Additional days can be booked and the cost is pro-rata. The keys are sent to you prior to your holiday with a prepaid envelope to return them to ourselves on your return.

There is plenty to do in Cyprus, There are Beautiful Beaches for Sunseekers and Families, 3 Golf Courses, Skiing in the Troodos Mountains, Mini-Golf (great fun for all the family!), Pony Treking and Horse Riding, Go Carting, TenPin Bowling, Sailing, Boat Trips, Scuba Diving, Banana Boats, Jet Sking and so much more, you will need to come back again!.

A Table, Umbrella and Chairs located off the Lounge, 2 Chairs on the 1st Bedroom Terrace and 2 Sunbeds located on the 2nd Bedroom Terrace We have a Folder containing useful Information/Directions and leaflets for Places of Interest in Cyprus in the Apartment.
Activities
Also in Paphos are Mini-Golf which is well worth a visit and Bowling, Go Carting and Boat Trips. You can also take a trip over to Israel from Cyprus and spend a few days there.

A non refundable Deposit of £100 is taken on reservation and the full balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday. Refunds may be made up to 2 weeks before the start of the holiday however after this date full payment is required. We give £25 reduction per week if only 1-2 people travelling. Discounts are available for multiple weeks of 4 or more. Winter let rates £150 / week for 4 or more weeks.
