Welcome to Marina Complex, a small complex in a quiet area of Kato Paphos. This new 2-bedroom ground floor apartment has all the luxuries that make your holiday memorable.The apartment has use of a communal pool with children’s splash pool, set within beautiful landscaped gardens. Here you will also find showering and changing rooms for your use. A short walk from the apartment brings you to a small taverna, for breakfast and snacks, and a small grocery stall. The apartment is within 15 minutes walk of the harbour and the many restaurants Paphos has to offer.
The apartment itself is tastefully furnished to a high standard ensuring a comfortable stay. The fully fitted kitchen has quality appliances as well as the added bonus of a full size fridge freezer – ideal for those cool drinks by the pool.
The stylish oak table seats four in comfort or you can eat al fresco on the poolside patio. The spacious open plan lounge area has three and two seater sofas. Two oak coffee tables are also provided. For your entertainment we provide a TV, DVD and CD players.
Patio doors lead to a south-facing terrace overlooking the pool as well as a secluded rear terrace, allowing a choice of both sun and shade. Here you may eat, drink or just relax with a good book.
The double and twin bedrooms both have ample storage space. A further bed is available for a child under 12yrs.
The bathroom has bath, shower over bath, WC and basin. There is plenty of storage for cosmetics and toiletries. Towels and linen are changed weekly.
The apartment benefits from ceiling fans and air conditioning, with a heating option for those cooler evenings.
Facilities
The apartment benefits from an enclosed patio area that allows a degree of privacy whilst benefitting from being close to the pool.The apartment has double and twin bedrooms both having comfortable beds and generous wardrobes. Patio doors lead from the double bedroom to a second patio area.The modern kitchen is finished to a high standard with a full range of accessories. In the lounge there are two comfortable sofas and two coffee tables. For your entertainment there is a TV,Stereo and DVD player. The dining area contains seating for six people. Patio doors lead to the poolside patio. For days by the pool the patio has a table and four chairs as well as four loungers. Air conditioning with a heat option ensure that the apartment remains comfortable at all times.Both bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans. Apartment weekly prices include a welcome pack of essential groceries to start your holiday.
Activities
Skiing is available in the Troodos mountains which is approximately one hours drive from Paphos. This is usually available between January and March. There is a small taverna and shop within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The main sea front with its restuarants, bars and shops is a 15 minute walk. The apartment benifits from the fact that it is located in a quiet residential area whilst also being close to the tourist areas.

A booking deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the booking. This is non-refundable. A separate £100 breakages/key return fee is payable. This is payable when you pay the balance. This will be returned on satisfactory inspection of the property and return of the keys. The balance and breakages fee are due 8 weeks prior to departure. The start and finish day is flexible depending on flights. Unusual numbers of nights and longer lets can be arranged.
