The roof garden is solely for the use of this apartment. It is walled & gated, so it is safe for families with young children. There is a barbecue, power socket & sink, a table with 4 chairs, parasol & 4 sunbeds.There is also a communal shower for cooling down.
The shared pool has ample space for sunbeds which are kept in a private lockable cupboard poolside-no need to carry everything upstairs at the end of the day! There is a also a shallow pool for children, a toilet, shower & a large communal barbecue.A covered parking space is next to the external staircase which is shared by only one other apartment, keeping noise to a minimum.
There is now a separate utility cupboard on the rear terrace for the washing machine leaving internal space at its maximum.
