A beautiful penthouse apartment on a small complex situated in the Universal area of Kato Paphos. A lift leads to the apartment & the roof terrace. It has everything you need for short or long stay holidays. Perfect for relaxing or family holidays there are 2 pools (1 for children), with shower, changing & toilet facilities. Enjoy barbeque’s on the furnished roof terrace whilst taking in the breath taking sea & mountain views. Also ideal for those of you looking for an active break, wanting to be close to all amenities. Apartment gets sun all day.

The Lounge area has patio doors leading to a furnished balcony with sea views. It also overlooks the communal area, with gardens & pools. It is tastefully furnished with two large settees which convert easily into comfortable double beds. There is an occasional table & lamp for mood lighting.

The Kitchen/Dining Area which has mountain views, is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes drier. In addition there is a slow cooker, coffee perculator & juice extractor also sufficient crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils to cater for a large family.
There is a breakfast bar with two stools in addition to a table & eight chairs.
The Master Bedroom, which has sea views is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes with hangers, & several fitted cupboards provide ample storage space
There is a fully tiled en suite bathroom with shower mirror & cosmetic shelf.
The Main Bathroom is also fully tiled with a full size bath with shower, mirror & cosmetic shelf
The Second Bedroom which opens on to the rear private gated terrace has mountain views. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes with hangers & several fitted cupboards.

Paphos is an all year round holiday destination with 330 days of sunshine every year with temperatures rarely dropping below 59 degrees in winter, rising to an average of 90 degrees in summer, being ideal for sun worshippers and water sports enthusiasts.
This is a charming west coast town focussed around a picturesque harbour lined with boats and pleasure craft. Trips can be arranged from here. There are two kiosks, taxi & car rental within 100yds of the apartment. Also a bus stop outside.
The many bars and restaurants which are plentiful & cater for everyone are a 10 minute walk away. Internet cafes are plentiful.There is a regular bus service between Paphos and Coral Bay, the largest of the popular beaches, they will also take you to the Old Town and Market. The blue flag beach in Paphos is a pleasant walk away. There is an Aqua Park, Karting, plus 3 Golf Courses are all a short drive.
The history dates back to 8000 years BC and there are many places of historical and archaeological interest! This is the birth place of Aphrodite, Goddess of Beauty and Love. The Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are a short drive away. Many churches contain priceless icons and frescoes which are worth seeking out. The Troodos mountains can be reached easily by car, it is possible to ski and snowboard in the morning and go down to the beach to enjoy the many watersports in the afternoon, these include scuba diving, jet skis, banana boats and paragliding. Jeep Safaris are available.
Paphos International Airport is a 15 minute drive (15km) Larnaca airport is a 1hr 45 min drive. Drive on left, the same as UK
