*Transfer from Paphos airport can be arranged from 30 euro’s, (Larnaca airport 100 euro's).
The price quoted is for the whole apartment - not per person
25% deposit is required to secure a booking & the balance + a £100 refundable security bond is due 8 weeks before departure - the bond will be returned within 10 days of return, once the check & clean has been completed.
Payment can be made by cheque, Paypal or Internet banking transfer in sterling to UK bank account or euros to Cypriot bank account.

Lovely apartment. Well located, well furnished, very spacious & well stocked up on arrival with our welcome pack. Lovely pool which we had to ourselves most of the time.Paphos & Kato Paphos lovely, we were so pleased not to be in the centre with all the noisy bars & clubs. "We absolutely loved your apartment because it was so well equipped, we had everything we needed.
It is so well located, near enough to walk to restaurants, bars & the harbour, but far enough away not to be disturbed. The two kiosks were really handy.Often we had the pool to ourselves it was great. Thankyou for letting us use it, we will definitely recommend it to our friends & relatives because it was superb, we were all so pleased. We will definitely be going back" - Linda A & Family July'09

"We had a lovely time in Cyprus and we were really impressed by your apartment and the complex - it was ideal for us (my friend Jacqueline, who is a sun worshipper, especially enjoyed the poolside!). Beautiful Penthouse apartment with roof terrace - 2 bed 2 bath, Universal Area, Kato Paphos Cyprus
I have rent my apartment very sucessfully for three years, it is very well equipped, like home from home, with everything for a wonderful holiday including many extras.
