Vacation Rental Description
This spacious terraced townhouse provides a wonderful holiday home set over three levels. Parking is available outside the front door or alternatively in the open garage to the rear of the property that has an internal staircase up to the kitchen and cloakroom. The kitchen is fully fitted and equiped, and there is a breakfast bar with two stools,and a dining table seating four. There is a small covered balcony outside the kitchen with lovely views of the coastline and the swimming pool.
The open plan lounge with patio doors leading to the secluded large verandah that looks out to the hills and away from the rest of the complex, is a wonderful place to relax at any time of the day and is partially covered so can be used in any weather. The lounge has satellite TV so many English channels are available. A DVD player, films are available for hire in the village, and a stereo system. One of the sofas is a sofabed suitable for one adult or two small children.
Upstairs the largest of the kingsized bedrooms has fully fitted wardrobes and a lovely view of the village and the hills of Peyia. The second bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and a small covered balcony overlooking the pool area with views of the sea beyond. There is a second television upstairs which receives the news in English and mainly Cypriot programmes apart from some music channels.
The house is an excellent base for exploring the Akamas nature reserve with its turtle breeding beach, and the Sea Caves route with its quiet sandy coves. Go-karting, horse-riding and a snake park are available nearby. Close to hand just five minutes down the hill are two Blue Flag beaches in Coral Bay. There are also many delighful restaurants, bars and shops in this area. The Troodos mountain range with its wonderful scenery and traditional villages is a drive of approximately two hours away, and skiing is available at certain times early in the year. The harbour of Paphos is a twenty minute drive along the coast road and has many shopping, sailing and entertainment facilities. There is a regular bus service along this route which does get very busy in the summer months. It is more advisabel to hire a car so that you can explore more of this wonderful island. The Tomb of the Kings is also along this route and the old town of Paphos with its large covered market is a wonderful place to spend the morning buying souveniers.

Wonderful location just 1.5 kilometres from the famous Blue Flag beaches of Coral Bay. Situated in the heart of the historic village of Peyia with its many amenities including banks, supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, bars, bakery, chemist, hairdresser, takeaway food, DVD hire, and post office.
The two spacious bedrooms have kingsized beds, both have covered balconies and fitted wardrobes. There are free standing fans and heaters in both bedrooms. Airconditioning will be fitted before summer. The bathroom has a fantastic power shower in the bath and the water is solar heated.
The views from the bedrooms are over the swimming pool to the Paphos coastline on one side of the house, and up over the village to the hills on the other. One bedroom has a TV with English news and local Cypriot programmes.
There is an open plan lounge/dining area with seating for six and a dining table for four with a breakfast bar and two stools.
