There is a cloakroom / WC also on the ground floor. The huge benefit to this house are the 2 bedroom suites to the first floor, both have en-suite facilities and their own balconies. 
 
The main bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom and lovely views to the sea from the front balcony, where as the 2nd bedroom has twin beds, a shower room and views to the hills from the rear balcony. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The house has a paved patio to the front, with a low wall around, ideally placed close enough to watch the children playing in the pool whilst enjoying full sun most of the day. 
 
You also have an enclosed patio to the rear, more shaded for some relief from the high temperatures in the summer! 
 
Being 1 of only 7 houses you don’t have the noise and congestion one may find on complexes, a much better environment relax and enjoy your holiday, not to mention fewer people making use of the communal SWIMMING POOL.

    As you are so close to many facilities and attractions, as mentioned Paphos Old Town with the market and Coral Bay, you also have Kato Paphos (the Harbour) Tsada Golf Course, the Akamas Peninsula, Polis and Latchi. 
     
    Perfect place to stay for relaxation or to travel around at your own pace and take in the sights.
