Ground floor cloakroom with wc and wash hand basin.
Large master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom, 2 balconies with sea views.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. Balcony with sea view.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan with views to the rear of the mountains.
Outside there is a private 8 m x 4m private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. A lovely Pergola with pool and sea views to enjoy an alfresco meal cooked on the gas barbeque and watch the beautiful sunsets, Or just to escape the midday sun with a long cool drink.
A meet and greet service upon arrival is available. Also a Welcome pack with those essentials upon arrival.
A travel Cot is available.

Weddings are very popular in Cyprus. Peyia Village is a lovely setting for a wedding and can be arranged in the gardens of the Municipality only a short drive from the Villa.
Golf can played at Tsada Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Club, and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course.
Skiing is available early season in the Troodos Mountains about one hours drive away.
Car Hire is highly recommended to enjoy the surrounding area.

Situated in the prestigous area of Sea Caves a short drive from Coral Bay and Peyia with uniterupted views of the sea. Set in large landscaped gardens with exoctic plants and fruit trees.
The private drive has parking for at least two cars.
The property is cleaned once a week and the towels and lined changed once a week.
