This property is within easy walking distance of the popular resort of Coral Bay and its amenities.  
 
The entry level comprises of the master double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both of which have large patio doors leading onto the extensive shared balcony, furnished with a table and chairs and overlooking the pool area . A separate full family bathroom is also located on this level. A safe box is provided 
 
Stairs lead to the ground floor where the open plan living/dining/kitchen area is found. The living area features a corner sofa, television, DVD player and stereo system. Furthermore the owner has thoughtfully provided a small DVD and book library, a pack of cards, game of dominoes, jigsaws etc for guests entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats 4. A further twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room is also located on this level. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units for both cooling and heating and all glass doors and windows are fitted with tinted glass that darkens according to the glare of the sun, thereby further assisting to keep the rooms cool.  
 
Both the living area and bedroom have patio doors leading directly onto the pool terrace that surrounds the private 8m x 4m swimming pool. The sunbathing terrace is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, table and chairs and a BBQ. The carefully landscaped garden areas play host to a small herb garden with fragrant plants of rosemary, mint and parsley and a lemon and olive tree. The villa also has private shaded parking.  
 
Please Note: Smoking is not permitted at this villa. 
 
The sandy beach at Coral Bay, approximately 1 kilometre away, is one of the best in the area and honoured with the Blue Flag of the European Union. The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are a mere 400 metres away in the centre of Coral Bay which has become a lively resort with plenty to offer. The hillside village of Peyia, is approximately 5 minutes drive inland from the villa and offers a small collection of traditional tavernas and coffee shops The town of Paphos with it's Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 15 minute drive.

				High Season Price:	£1,025 per Week

A deposit payment for all villas and products including any promotional offers is required at the time of booking, once a booking request has been confirmed by the Company. If the booking is made within two calendar months of the date of arrival then full payment is required immediately. The Company will not accept responsibility for cash sent through the post. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer to our bank account or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card subject to a card processing fee. Booking confirmation together with driving directions for the villa will be sent by email or if requested, by post. Where an initial deposit is paid, the balance must be paid within 2 months of the commencement date of the booking, whether demanded by us or not. If this is not paid within 7 days of it being due, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
