Vacation Rental Description
Villa Eleni is a one storey villa with elevated views over the second Coral Bay. It offers the same accommodation as two storey villas, but has the advantage that there are no slippery stairs to trip up on. The beach is very secluded and safe for children and nervous swimmers and benefits from the facilities offered by the two hotels nearby. The villa itself is situated in a gated village development, but at the end of a road which gives it a greater sense of seclusion. The back of the villa is across from the beach which is only about 300 metres away and with orange and almond groves to the right. The close proximity of the beach is ideal for families as it's not too far to walk. The villa is spacious and cool in summer with patio doors opening out onto the terrace which leads down to the pool and gardens. There are lemon and orange trees in the gardens along with a plethora of other mediterranean and exotic plants.
Coral Bay High Street is about a fifteen minute walk away, or five minutes by bus or car. There is a bus stop very close to the villa with frequent services to a variety of places in the local area. If you don't feel like cooking in the villa, there are lots of restuarants about five minutes walk away with a huge variety of cuisine, or you could venture into Coral Bay Town where there are night clubs, bars and shops as well as lots of restaurants.
Facilities
There are two BBQ's in the villa - one a traditional Cypriot and the other a gas fired. There are also a plethora of restaurants and bars nearby. Our local agent is available to handle queries or problems that might occur. Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged on request. The villa has lovely gardens, its own pool and is very relaxing. There is also a reading library, TV, DVD and games console. However, for the more energetic there is horseriding, quad bikiing, water sports, lovely walks and all the history of the island close at hand. Just north is the fabulous Akamas Peninsula which is a totally unspoilt nature reserve and fantastic fun with an off-road vehicle. At certain times of the year the beaches are covered with turtles who come in to lay their eggs. Whether you want to laze around in the sun, take in the vibrant night life or be more intrepid and energetic, Villa Eleni can offer all this and more.

Full payment is required 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Outside this time period a deposit of 25% will secure the booking. A contact and booking form will be sent on request. A further deposit of £200 is required for any potential damage, etc which is refundable two weeks after the holiday has finished. Payment is via PayPal and full instructions will be given at the time of booking. Cheques cannot be accepted without a bankers guarantee number. If PayPal is not acceptable to clients, a bankers draft is also acceptable. All details regarding cancellation, etc can be found in the contract document. A welcome pack can be arranged for your arrival. Prices range between €25-62 depending on content. At time of writing Euro and Sterling are on virtual parity.
