Modern luxurious three bedroom villa situated in the popular area of Coral Bay. Upstairs you will find the en-suite master bedroom with balcony and sea views, two spacious twin bedrooms and family bathroom. Downstairs has a large open plan living and dining area with separate kitchen area and cloakroom. For larger groups an extra sofa bed in the living room means this villa will sleep up to 8 people comfortably.
There is an X-Box with a selection of games, satellite TV and DVD player. Fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard this air-conditioned villa is our home from home for you to enjoy.

Cool off in your private swimming pool, relax on the patio and enjoy the landscaped garden areas. Garden furniture and loungers are provided for those leisure times by the pool or having lunch at fresco with a glass of wine. There is a CD player to use by the pool, beach towels and a barbecue.
The rental price quoted includes air-conditioning, our local English management company are on hand to answer any queries you may have.
