3 Bedroom Villa in Coral Bay

We had a super time at the villa. The flowers were beautiful, hope you don’t mind but we picked a couple of limes and lemons off the tree for our G&T. I am pleased to tell you we could not fault the villa one bit, I will definitely recommend it to my friends/family.

Absolutely everything that the brochure and web says, and more. Lovely property and really well furnished, with a well kept garden ,and the pool is heaven! In a very quiet and peacefull area. Have been many times and would never dream of going anywhere else again. Charlie Munro, Scotland 
 
 
Well designed and beautifully equipped bungalow villa in a quiet location 5 minutes by car from Peyia and Coral Bay, approximately 40 minutes drive from Paphos Airport.  
 
The villa, surrounded by Hibiscus hedging with Palms, Citrus and ornamental trees is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac.  
 
The main entrance, draped in rich red bougainvillaea, leads into a spacious open plan lounge/dining room with 2 patio doors overlooking the pool and one overlooking the garden where there is a terraced breakfast area.  
 
The Villa has a new flat screen TV, Wireless Broadband, Cytavision (100 free to air channels and pay per view TV via the phone line), landline telephone, DVD player with selection of films, Video player & Hi-Fi entertainment system.  
 
Off the lounge is a well equipped kitchen with large fridge, freezer, microwave etc and abundance of cupboard space — there is also a separate laundry room with washing machine (but no tumble drier!). There is also a woodburner in the lounge so guests can feel warm at any time of the year.  
 
All the bedrooms have lots of cupboard space, fly screens and air conditioning throughout. The master double bedded bedroom with east facing patio doors, has ensuite bathroom with WC and corner bath & shower. There are 2 further bedrooms (one double and one twin) which share a second bathroom with shower and WC. 
 
Outside is private 8mx4m Solar heated pool with Roman steps for easy access, outdoor shower, shaded car port, sun terrace with electric awning.  
 
There is a large, well maintained garden of citrus and ornamental trees, shrubs and flower borders with automatic watering system. The pool area has outdoor shower, spacious terracing with sun loungers, dining table, chairs and gas BBQ for dining al-fresco. There is a vine covered patio area and electrically controlled sun awning.  
 
The villa is serviced by a local English couple. They will arrange to meet you at the villa or airport on arrival and be at the end of a phone to provide any assistance required during your stay including organising trips and excursions, and provide advice on anything you may need to know.
