Villa Xrisanthi is beautiful stone-built luxury Cyprus holiday villa offering the highest standards both inside and out. It is situated within a quite part of the prime location of Coral Bay and just 200m from the sea.The interior of the villa is stunningly designed with modern furniture throughout. The lounge has large sliding windows opening out to the villas terrace and private 4x 8m pool. It features a large corner sofa, TV, DVD player and Satelite TV. The Villas dining area is furnished with a large wooden dining table and six elegant chairs. It has two sets of patio doors one opening out to the villas private pool and the other to the outside dining area. The kitchen is strikingly modern with cherry wood units offset with grey granite work surfaces, mosaic tiled splashbacks, and modern appliances. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine , oven, hob and extractor hood. The kitchen also includes many other extras including microwave oven , toaster. Completing the ground floor area is a large twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The bedroom is fitted with wardrobes and has patio doors leading out to the villas large garden.Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed whilst the second is a twin. Both upstairs bedrooms have access to balconies that provide stunning sea and mountain views. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The attractive stone built exterior and design includes for a wonderful shaded terrace looking over the 8m x 4m private pool with roman steps and large garden .There is an external shower. To the side of the house is an outside dining area (next to the kitchen) with a large stone built BBQ and table and chairs to seat six comfortably. The Villa is accessed by its own driveway through a gate and can easily accomidate 2 cars.
