Vacation Rental Description
Olive Tree Apartment is a ground floor, one bedroom apartment which is fully equipped for the perfect family, couples or singles holiday in the sun. With almost guaranteed sun from April until the end of October, Olive Tree, is ideally located to take advantage of all the delights Cyprus has to offer. Just half an hour from the new airport and 20 minutes from the middle of Paphos, the apartment is set between the cosmopolitan resort of Coral Bay and the quaint, rustic Cypriot village of Peyia. Peyia, with its supermarket, bars and numerous restaurants, is easily walkable. There is also the most fantastic bakery selling bread (freshly baked twice daily) and local speciality cakes. Coral Bay is less than a five-minute ride in a car or taxi and boasts a host of top class, yet reasonably priced, restaurants as well as both lively and relaxing pubs and bars. Trips to other parts of the island, as well as scooter and car hire can be arranged from here.
At the end of Coral Bay High Street is the best beach for many miles around, which is large enough to never feel too crowded and has a gently shelving sandy beach which is ideal for children. It also has a secret evening bar, where you can drink cocktails whilst the warm sea laps at your feet.
The apartment contains everything you would need for a relaxing sun soaked break. There are two sunbeds and patio furniture with a large parasol to allow you to enjoy breakfast by the pool and a barbecue is provided for that unbeatable alfresco dining experience as the sun sets into the Aegean Sea. Inside there are further dining facilities and the kitchen features an oven and hob, microwave, large fridge freezer and a washing machine.
The bedroom contains two single beds which can be zipped together to form a very comfortable double bed. The double sofa bed in the lounge is of high quality to ensure a restful night. All linen and towels are provided, even beach towels. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, for which no extra charge is made.
Whilst close to the lively resort and village, Olive Tree Apartment is situated in a very quiet area where you can enjoy peace and solitude as you enjoy that the final drink of the day.
An ideal apartment and location for people who want to be close to the action, but far enough away to avoid any noise emanating from it.
Facilities
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all equipment you would need for an enjoyable holiday. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware for 4 plus jugs, ice making facilities and plastic cups for around the pool. There is a BBQ and patio furniture plus a dining table and four chairs, so that you can enjoy your dining inside or outside - Breakfast by the pool is particularly enjoyable though!
Activities
Nearby Paphos is a busy tourist town, with a pretty harbour from where you can take private charters or organised trips on a variety of sailboats. There are numerous shops, restaurants and bars and the newly developed seafront esplanade provides a safe environment for young children.
Just outside Paphos is a large waterpark with all manner of rides, flumes and other water-based fund. It is great for children of all ages!
For the quieter life try visiting St George's Bay, which is about a 20 Minute Drive from Coral Bay and has a small sandy beach and a pretty harbour. For the more adventurous, a trip to the Troodos mountains is a must, with spectacular scenery and well priced local restaurants. On the north coast, about one hour's drive away, you can visit Polis and Lachki, which has a recently built, modern harbour where you can charter boats by the hour.

A £50, non refundable deposit, is required to secure bookings, with the balance payable six weeks before arrival. A £100 deposit is required with the balance payment, which is returned once our local agents have confirmed that there are no losses or breakages.
