Vacation Rental Description
Accommodation Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with Double bed.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds plus camp beds.
Both bedrooms have ample storage space with 2 large built in wardrobes. Both rooms have air conditioning and 1 balcony.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 with bath, WC and WHB.
Bathroom 2 shower, WC and WHB.
Outside Shower.
Kitchen: Modern kitchen which is fully equipped with gaz cooker and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, utensils, pots, pans and crockery.
Living Rooms: The lounge is comfortably furnished with 3 sofas, Free to Air Satellite TV, DVD player which can be used for your own DVDs, coffee table and side cabinets. Patio doors lead to the terrace and patio area. There is also air-conditioning in the lounge.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: The property is cleaned before your arrival. Bed linen and towels, including pool towels are provided. All are changed weekly.

Free Welcome Pack:
Sachets of coffee, tea bags, sugar, bottled water, bread and butter, eggs, pot of jam, milk and orange juice.

Outside
The back terrace and patio are furnished with table and chairs and parasol. From here you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. Sunbeds and mattresses are also provided. The communal pool is just 20m away from the patio area.
Coast/Beach
Only 200m to the beach, just below St. George Hotel where the area has been landscaped and planted with palm trees and flowers.
Golf
There are three golf courses within easy reach by car. There is also a Water park and Karting, again within easy reach by car or local transport.
Travel
Paphos International Airport is approx. 20mins drive away. A car is recommended if you wish to explore the area. Collection from Paphos or Larnaca airports can be arranged if required. If you are considering car hire this can also be arranged at very competitive rates.
Distances
Chlorakas village is a short 5min drive away where you will find a selection of shops and restaurants. The sandy beach of Coral Bay is approx 15 mins drive in one direction and 15mins drive in the opposite direction you will find the pretty harbour area, the wonderful mosaics and the castle. Paphos town is approx 10mins drive away.
Further details
There are many restaurants, shops and take away food shops close by if you do not want to cook. There is a large supermarket in Chloraka village where you can get everything you need.
A welcome pack is provided for your arrival. This can also be tailored to your specific needs.

Facilities
Only 200m to the beach of Chlorakas, near the St. George Hotel and is only a five minutes' drive from the picturesque harbour of kato Paphos and 15km away from the airport. The St. George's Church, the historic Boat and Tomb of the Kings are three historical landmarks of the area. Restaurants, night clubs, supermarkets, diving school and jet ski and brand new golf range are all in a short walk away. The property is situated on stylish villa complex on 3 acres of land comprising of landscaped gardens with large communal pool surrounded by rolling hills, the Mediterranean sea and its magnificent sunsets. Away from the mainstream tourism this location is perfect for those are seeking rest and relaxation.
