25% deposit is required to secure a booking. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. All our Rental Rates include "Check In / Check Out Clean" plus fresh Linen and Towels for each guest. MAID SERVICE IS NOT INCLUDED THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY. If you do not wish to utilise the Villa's cleaning and laundry facilities, you can pre-book maid services for an additional charge. Please contact us to arrange your car hire or airport transfers. Please note all our rates also include air conditioning, there is no "surprise" surcharge when you arrive. All our bookings are subject to a £200 (€250) security bond, this is returnable following a successful check out inspection. All rentals can be paid in sterling or euros and by cheque or bank transfer. If you wish to pay by credit card, it is possible, but incurs further charges. Please note, when weeks cover a Public Holiday period, prices maybe increased.

“Absolutely fantastic”
Myself and some friends stayed in this villa for a week in May. The villa was beautiful. Very clean with all mod cons. Some lovely touches such as a box of books, CDs and DVD's as well as cards and a handy folder with information on local attractions etc.
The bedrooms were spacious, plenty of storage space and the beds were comfortable and very clean.
The pool was cleaned twice during our stay, not that it needed it it was very clean( with the exception of the odd bug that decided to go for a swim!) The gardens and veiws out to sea are stunning and we spent many an evening on the patio just enjoying the surroundings.
We were happy to walk the 15 mins or so to the local shops for supplies but we also hopped on a bus to Paphos which is a 10/15 min bus ride away.
The couple who maintain the property were amazing and I can't praise them enough - thank you Geoff and Janet :-)

We booked this holiday as a treat for my mum's birthday. We know Cyprus well and it had taken me months to find a villa in the area we wanted for a good price until we came across this villa. It was my daughters first holiday abroad and we wanted somewhere close to amenities and with a private pool. The location was amazing and only a short walk to the bus stop. We had some lovely evening walks along the path down the other end of the track which followed the shoreline. The accommodation itself was perfect. A real home from home. Everything we needed was provided including a special surprise for my mum which was easy to arrange and greeted us on our arrival. My little girl had the most brilliant holiday and I have never seen her as happy! The villa is on a lovely secure plot so she could run about as she pleased. I would love to return to this villa with my family in the future. Perfect! Verified by Trip Advisor

We have just come back this week from sunset view , we have rented this villa for the past 5 yrs, since it was built and just love it! there is nothing more enjoyable than to relax in the lovely gardens next to the private pool and enjoy the view of the sea. the villa it's self has every thing you need and is extremely comfortable with all mod cons, a real homely feel and is very clean, we are already looking forward to going back next year, The owner tanya is very friendly and the management team who look after the villa will help with any questions or problems you may have during your stay. It is perfect for children too we have an 8 yr old girl who just can't get enough of the pool and as the garden is enclosed with gates it is very safe for children to play. I would recommend sunset view to everyone, our holiday and stay at the villa is always stress free. Thank you to all at the noteltree. Verified by Trip Advisor
