Vacation Rental Description
Situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of the village of Chlorakas, with magnificent sea and hill views, approximately 30 minutes drive from Paphos airport. The centre of the village is within walking distance, where you will find a variety of shops for your convenience. Downstairs there is spacious open plan living consisting of kitchen, dining and living room leading out to a large covered patio area with table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is also a separate toilet. One double and one twin bedroom and sofa bed extending accommodation up to 6 persons. The house is ideal for families and four adults holidaying together. With plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. A pool is situated 50 metres away. On the first floor are situated the two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. Each room leads out onto a covered balcony with table and chairs. A stairway leads you up to the roof terrace which has sun loungers and a bistro table and chairs. The terrace commands stunning views over the coastline of Paphos which is a particularly pretty sight in the evenings. A five minute drive takes you to the Tomb of the Kings road where you will find a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and tavernas. A ten minute drive takes you into Paphos Harbour which is cosmoplitan and offers a wide choice of eating places or just have a drink and watch the world go by.
Facilities
Private sunbathing roof terrace with two sun loungers and a bistro table with two chairs. A table with six chairs on the balcony off of bedrooms and a table with four chairs on the ground floor terrace. The roof terrace has lovely views of the sea and the neighbour hills of Tala. Sky Sports Channels are available, radio listening through television. Number of DVD's for all tastes and playing cards, Sudoku and games compendium.
Activities
There are three outdoor communal pools, one heated indoor pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi. A flood-lit tennis court, rackets and balls can be cheaply hired from reception. A children's play area. If you want to relax there is a wide range of massages that can be booked. The Restaurant is open from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. serving Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. A three course dinner can be purchased for around 11 Euros. The Mini Market is open from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Car hire is available from reception. For a small fee our Agents can meet and greet you at the airport. Laptops can be hired from reception along with Nintendo Wii consoles and games. Water sports include excellent diving facilities.

A non-returnable deposit of 10% is required at time of booking unless made within six weeks of commencment of the let when the total rental is due. Balance due 6 weeks before departure. Along with a £100 Security Deposit (refundable on receipt of a satisfactory Property Inspection Report). If cancellation made less than 6 weeks prior to the start of your rental period (having paid the full rental sum due) we will try to find someone else to rent if they cannot be found the full rental period payment made will be forfeited. If they are found we will send you an amount equal to 75% of the new rental paid, plus the £100 Security Deposit, less an additionaladmin fee of £25.00 Payments methods - cheque or Bank Transfer
