Vacation Rental Description

The award winning development of St Nicolas is situated about five minutes drive from the centre of Paphos and only a further ten minutes away from the popular beach of Coral Bay. There are three large sun-drenched swimming pools with waterfall feature and a small pool for young children. The pools are well furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. The club house has both a fully equipped modern gymnasium, indoor heated pool, complete with Jacuzzi and sauna and is open all year round, free of charge. Various spa treatments are also available, upon request. These are paid locally. The restaurant is also situated at the Club House with a wonderful bar and terrace area on the first floor serving a superb menu which is also of excellent value. There is also a convenience shop on site for your essentials. The development also boasts an indoor cinema that can be used upon request or indeed available to watch the latest movies. A child’s play area and tennis courts are also available.

This is a non-smoking apartment. All rooms have air-conditioning which doubles as a heating system in the winter. Open plan lounge offers light and airy area and has two french doors opening onto a large balcony with patio furniture. Fully equipped with Sky TV, DVD, CD/Ipod stereo, Internet access, double sofa bed, dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen contains cooker with grill, halogen hob, canopy, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing board and iron and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Bedroom 1: with double bed and en-suite Bedroom 2: with twin beds Living area: double sofa bed En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, basin, wc. Bathroom with bath/shower over, basin, wc Towels (including beach towels) and linen are included. These are changed and the apartment cleaned at the end of each stay. If a mid-stay clean is required please request this when booking.

The apartment enjoys a privileged elevated position in Chlorakas, very close to the Old Town of Paphos and is only a five minute drive to Paphos Harbour and seven minutes to beautfiul beach of Coral Bay with its golden sandy beach and its teeming streets of shops, bars and restaurants.
Within 20 - 30 mins there are 3 great golf courses. All of the courses are 18 hole. The nearest course is Tsada. It plays to a par 72. A little further away is The Secret Valley Golf Course, that plays to a par 71. Finally, there is the spectacular Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort, which is the newest course playing to par 70.
Skiing takes place in the Troodos Mountains between Jan and March and it is reached within 90 mins drive.
There are many places of interests to explore and enjoy including go-karting, Aphrodite Waterpark, Aphrodite Waterfalls, Paphos Aquarium, Paphos Market, Mini Golf, Winery, Avakas Gorge, Nature Trails, Paphos Bird Park

Travel Info: Paphos International airport is 25 minute drive from Chlorakas. Larnaca International airport is approximately a 2 hour drive. Although car hire (or use of a car) is not essential it is recommended. Taxis - these are readily available from Paphos Airport to take you to your accommodation if you do not have a car or you can book online in advance. Prices range from 26 euros during the day to 41 euros at night to Chlorakas. Full details can be given on request. Chlorakas Village centre is 5 minutes from St Nicolas. Tala is approximately a 15 minute drive, Paphos Harbour is a 5 minute drive. St. George's Bay 5 minute drive and Coral Bay is a 7 minute drive. From Chlorakas it is very easy to travel to surrounding areas such as Latchi, Polis, the Troodos Mountains, the Akamas region, Tala and many more.

A booking form will be forwarded to any interested parties. A deposit of 25% is required upon booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date plus £150 refundable security deposit. Accepted payment methods: by cheque or bank transfer Cancellation policy: The person who originally signed the Booking Form must make any cancellations in writing. Cancellations made prior to 8 weeks, the Owner will retain only the deposit. Between 56 and 22 days, 50% of the total rental cost and from 21 days before departure, 100% of the total rental cost. All cancellation details can be found in our Terms & Conditions attached to our booking form.

We had a fantastic time. Weather was brilliant and the apartment was amazing. The complex was excellent. There was one problem with the whole holiday and that was that the apartment wasn't ours and we had to give it back! We will defnitely return and hope its OK to drop you an e-mail when we have more dates etc. (May 2009)

We had a lovely family holiday - the apartment was beautiful and the complex impressive. Really enjoyed the pools, had some good value meals in the restaurant and would love to come back! Thanks Steve and Anita for all your help. (April 2010)

I live in England with my husband. My husband and I both work, but spend most of our holidays in Cyprus, were we have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the country.
We love Chlorakas, Paphos apart from its peaceful location there are fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and the harbour boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Paphos airport less than 25 minutes drive away.
Chlorakas Village centre is 5 minutes from St. Nicolas. Tala is approximately a 15 minute drive, Paphos Harbour is a 5 minute drive. St. George's Bay 5 minute drive and Coral Bay is a 7 minute drive. From Chlorakas it is very easy to travel to surrounding areas such as Latchi, Polis, the Troodos Mountains, the Akamas region, Tala and many more.
