This is a new luxury 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed apartment on a 5* resort just outside Paphos. The resort is very well served by its own amenities including several pools, (including a children's pool), a fully equipped gym and spa, tennis courts and small children's play area, restaurant and mini market. Other shops are a 5-10 minute walk away.

Its location is superb, being close enough to Paphos to take advantage of the shops, beaches, bars and night clubs, (5 minute taxi ride), yet far enough away when you prefer privacy. In winter, skiing is available in the nearby mountains.

The property is owned privately by a husband and wife who work in the NHS and Local Government.
