Overlooking the first tees, at the most privileged location of Aphrodite Hills Resort, this exclusive terraced villa enjoys extensive views of the golf course (fairways 1, 10 & 18) as well as the resort’s central lake and the sea beyond.  
 
Situated in a quiet position yet within three minutes walk of the Golf Clubhouse, 5 star Hotel Intercontinental Hotel, the Village Centre, Health Spa and the Tennis and Golf Academy.  
 
The style of the villa reflects elements of local traditional architecture with stone cladded exterior, pitched tyled roof, wooden pergolas and shuttered windows. It has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin)with ensuite shower rooms, a lounge-dining area and open plan kitchen with Bosch appliances (dishwasher, hob and oven, washing machine and large fridge). Both bedrooms have doors leading to outside terraces.  
 
Completed in 2006, the décor is modern and luxurious. The interior features marble floors in the living areas and laminated parquet in the bedrooms. Facilities include interphone controlled entrance door, air-conditioning with cooling and heating throughout the villa, satellite TV and CD/DVD system. Free WiFi access and additional TVs in  
both bedrooms. There is a good selection of books and DVDs.  
 
The charming gardens are planted with fragrant shrubs. Outside is a small front garden with parking port. At the rear is a delightful terraced garden area with kidney shaped swimming pool overlooking the golf course. There is an upstairs terrace with stunning views that is accessed from the bedroom or hallway. The villas are approached through a private gated road. Luxury garden furniture and large sun umbrellas are supplied. 
 
No car is necessary but you may wish to explore the region, in which case car rental can be easily arranged at the resort or airport. Paypal (credit card) welcome.

    • Aphrodite Hills is THE resort in Cyprus with many facilities including a stunning championship golf course, tennis centre, horse ridng stables, an Intercontinental Hotel, the award winning Retreat Spa, walks, min supermarket, bank, bars and restaurants. There are also several Kid's Clubs and an adventure playground. Weddings are popular because of the beautiful setting and delightful chapel. Most of these amenties are within a 5 minute walk from the villa. There are plenty of tavernas in the nearby villages of Kouklia and Pissouri. Paphos airport is only 15 minutes drive and the main town 20 minutes away.

    A £200 returnable deposit is payable on booking. This is returned shortly after your stay, subject to our Terms & Conditions (see our website). The full cost will be due 6 weeks prior to the departure date. If full payment has not been made at least 6 weeks prior to the departure date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. CANCELLATION OF HOLIDAY. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance that covers cancellation. However, the following cancellation charges will apply: If a cancellation is made more than 6 weeks before intended departure, only the deposit is forfeited. Otherwise the scale of charges below applies. 2-6 weeks before departure: 50% of holiday cost. Less than 2 weeks before departure: 100%. Payment by PAYPAL (credit card)*,cheque or bank transfer. Euros welcome at the prevailing rate. *Free except for payments other than GBP (3.9% Paypal charge applies)
