Triple aspect lounge with 42' LCD TV, DVD, CD. Satellite TV with movies. IPOD dock and sound system. Modern fully equipped kitchen plus large dining area. Private pool. Utility room washer plus dryer. Tennis rackets plus balls provided. Many board games, books, DVDs etc.
Wi-Fi and cable Broadband. Amazing sea views/ sunsets.
Resort facilities include championship standard golf course, tennis academy with 9 floodlit tennis courts, floodlit all weather play area, famous Retreat Health Spa with gym, pool and many health treatments.Village centre with restaurants and bars, mini market, bank, car hire, shops.
Facilities
Brick built barbecue by the pool with electric spit roast. Parking for 3 to 4 cars. WI FI and INTERNET: We have a Broadband router in the house. You can attach your lap top by cable or use Wi Fi. You should find a very good signal all around the house and outside on the terrace. You access the system by buying a scratch card or buying airtime over the phone or internet - current costs €25 for one week, €35 for two weeks, €50 for one month.
Activities
There is a teenager's club at the Village centre and a great children's play area. Skiing is available in Troodos mountains in winter.
Plenty of restaurants in the village centre and many more nearby in local towns and villages like Kouklia and Pissouri. 20 minutes drive to the bustling tourist and harbour areas of Paphos.
10-15 minutes drive to Paphos airport.

This is a magnificent villa with a fantastic gardens and infinity pool in perhaps the most tranquil area of Aphrodite hills resort. A real haven of a place where everyone can "chill out" to the max. Relaxing days and family barbecues by the pool were enjoyed by all. Golf on the doorstep and plenty of activities and places of interest to visit in the vicintiy of the resort kept us busy whenever we wanted to venture further afield (Paphos, Polis, Troodos etc) . My wife and I lived in Cyprus for three years, so we feel we have a fairly good knowledge of the island. Aphrodite Hills, in our opinion, is the nicest and most exclusive place to stay in Cyprus. And the Clements' villa is located in one of the most picturesque and quietest areas of Aphrodite Hills. The unobstructed views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea are amazing. The villa itself is like new, well equipped, and very comfortable. We have stayed there two years in a row and plan to return again next year. The management team overseeing the home are also very responsive to our needs.
I wholeheartedly recommend staying in this villa if you are considering a trip to Cyprus. It is a good value, and you will not be disappointed.

Why we love Aphrodite Hills - and you will too!
Simon Owner/Director of own company, an Independent Financial Adviser- main enjoyments in life are being with my wife and family, walking with my dog, a Westie, playing sport (cricket and golf mainly), eating and drinking, listening to music and going to the odd gig- and beach holidays!

We have two sons, aged 23 and 21, one working and one in last year at University.
Having holidayed in Cyprus a couple of times we already loved the climate, food and people- and the general ambience and variety of the island. In 2002 Aphrodite Hills was little more than a golf course with a luxury clubhouse and a couple of show villas. However it was clearly going to be a luxury development with a fantastic location and top class facilities.
We were sure that rental customers would love the island and the venue as much as we did.
We bought a three bed apartment off plan and a 1500sq.m plot. The apartment was completed in 2004 and we completed the building of our 4 bed villa in 2008.
The apartment has all mod cons and is easy walking distance of the Village Centre, right next to the golf club, golf driving range and practice holes, the tennis academy and the Retreat Health Spa.
The large Helios Heights pool, with sunbeds, showers and children's pool, is under one minute from the front door.

The villa, situated in the most peaceful area of the resort, is our sanctuary, with all the facilities we could need, lovely gardens that attract a variety of birds, great pool and barbecue and wonderful views out to sea. Our guests love the place-the fact that we have a number of repeat visitors speaks for itself!
