This stunning new 2 bedroom townhouse is located in Adonis village, at the heart of the Aphrodite Hills resort. It is furnished to a high standard and to modern tastes. The house has its own garden and patio, complete with barbecue and outdoor furniture for great al fresco dining with a sea view. The communal pool of Adonis Village is less than one minute away. The village centre, with all its facilities and restaurants, golf club, tennis courts, 5* hotel and spa, is just a few minutes walk away.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with a seaview and air conditioner/heater 
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and air conditioner/heater. The 2 bedrooms share a balcony.

The property has a full bathroom upstairs and a guest bathroom downstairs.  
The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine as well as an electric kettle, toaster and an extensive range of cooking utensils.

An open plan lounge/dining room has cable TV, DVD and sound system, comfortable seating and dining space for 6 persons. 2 air conditioners/heaters guarantee ideal temperatures all year round.

Towels and linen (except beach towels) are included in rentals. The property is cleaned before and after each rental and after each week of stay for rentals of 2 or more weeks.

Aphrodite Hills beach, with sunbed and umbrella rental, is just 1km away and The Intercontinental Beach Club is a 15 minute drive from the resort. An hourly shuttle bus runs from the adjacent Intercontinental Hotel to the beach at Avdimou (bar and restaurant facilities). Other beaches at Pissouri and Geroskipou are within 10-15 minutes drive.

The resort is just 17km from Paphos Airport, 20km from Paphos Town and 1km from the B6 road linking Paphos to Limassol. Larnaca Airport is 112km from the resort, a 75 minute drive, all on motorway. 
Car hire is recommended to access Paphos town centre and to enjoy the many places of beauty and historical interest on the island, as well as its other golf courses.

Aphodite Hills Resort’s traditional village square has shops, a supermarket, restaurants and bars and fantastic sea views. St. Catherine’s chapel and amphitheatre provide a beautiful and romantic setting for weddings. 
Younger visitors can find entertainment with a children’s playground, kids club and mini golf. Babysitting facilities are available so parents can enjoy the great restaurants on site in the evening or a pamper treatment in the amazing Retreat Spa.

Aphrodite Hills resort is home to a superb 18 hole championship standard golf course of par 71/70 and 6232m, across two large platforms, divided by a ravine, with fantastic sea views from most holes. A golf academy with 3 practice holes and a driving range are also on the doorstep, as is the fantastic club house with pro shop, restaurant and bar overlooking the 18th hole. The picturesque Secret Valley 18 hole Golf course is just 3 km away in the next valley. . It is possible to ski or toboggan on Mount Olympus from January to March. There are four runs of about 200m in Sun Valley and five longer more demanding runs on the North face. Cross country skiing is also possible and equipment can be hired in Sun Valley. Mount Olympus is 3km from the Troodos hill resort and an hour's drive from Limassol.
