3 Bedroom Villa in Anarita

Villa Anarita is a new 3 bedroom villa with landscaped garden, 9 x 5m pool, large sun deck, alfresco dining and BBQ area. The villa located in a peaceful and private area of Anarita literally 5 miles from Paphos International Airport (it is not on the flight path) and is situated between two excellent golf courses - Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills. Villa Anarita has been furnished to very high standard and includes, luxury linen, bath sheets and choice of pillows. LCD flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite TV, and ipod docking station. Anarita is a typical Cypriot village with 2 tavernas and a Co-op supermarket. The village is only a 5 min walk from the villa. There are a number quiet beaches close by (within 10 mins drive), but if you prefer the 'hub bub' of Paphos, then Coral Bay is 30 mins away and well known Courion (Curium/Kourion) beach is a 25 min drive away.

• The a/c units provide a/c during the summer months and heating during the winter months. Whilst we do love children and would be perfectly happy to accommodate all children, sadly, the property is not suitable for those who can toddle and are below the age of 5. Supervision of children is required at all times and we most strongly recommend no child of any age is left unattended at any time in the vicinity of the pool. The area around the pool and villa is tiled with anti slip tiles but it is still possible to slip particularly if running around the pool area.

• The villa sits in a 436sq.m plot in a corner of the development. It has a large (9m x 5m) private pool, pool shower, sun deck and sun loungers to accommodate all guests with views over open countryside. A covered veranda provides an 'alfresco' dining area for 6 overlooking the pool. There is a BBQ area to the side of the villa.

• 5 miles (10 minutes) to the north of Paphos International Airport. Flights approach and depart east-west, so the villa, whilst conveniently located, is off the flight path. A car is recommended if you want to get out and about in Cyprus.

• Anarita Village with tavernas and supermarket is easily accessible and within walking distance of 300m. The villa is 3km from the main Paphos to Larnaca motorway with easy access to Paphos (10 mins), Pissouri (20 mins), Aphrodite's Temple (15 mins) and Aphrodite Hills Resort Complex (10 mins). Further afield are Episkopi (20 mins), Polis (35 mins), Limassol (40 mins) and Larnaca (90 mins).

Dining Hall with rustic pine dining table, 6 leather dining chairs. Luxury quality linen (Pima 400 thread) and Egyptian cotton bath sheets and hand towels included. Property cleaned and linen and towels changed weekly.

Coast/Beach: Within easy driving distance of a number of Blue Flag Beaches including Timi and Mandria (5 min drive to the next village). Coral Bay is 30 mins away and Courion (Curium/Kourion) beach is a 25 min drive away. There is no beach within walking distance.

Golf: The villa is conveniently located for both the Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course, 10 minutes to the east. Other golf courses are available within a 0.5 hours drive. A Nick Faldo designed golf course is under construction, again, within a 10 minute drive of the villa.
