Built early 2010 to a high standard and only rented for one season... Set within an exclusive (private owners)development of just 18 properties. Outside, a relaxing, furnished and private small, sun drenched garden/patio area overlooking the communal pool and gardens which are clean, tidy and very attractive... perfect for lazy days and balmy evenings with your favourite tipple. The pool area is complete with sunbeds, shades and WC/shower facilities. Situated on the edge of the traditional village of Anarita. This fully equipped 2 storey holiday home (no-one above you), is close to all the amenities you could need to create an enjoyable holiday.

Air-conditioned all areas except WC, 32 inch modern TV with Sky (freeview) and a good selection of DVD's, board games and books for your entertainment. A very comprehensive, personally written guide in the property lists everything you could possibly want to know about what to do in Cyprus. Also in the house in addition to washing machine are iron & washing line. The kitchen has microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, grill, F/Freezer, coolbox, full range of cookware. A basic package of bread, butter, tea, milk, coffee, sugar, crisps/biscuits, beer etc will always be provided, and we ask you beforehand for your preferences.

I have only listed the actual nearby activities available, however if I extend 'nearby' to no more than a half hour away, I could include probably all other activities except kayaking... I should also mention Go-Karting and mini-golf. Also we now also have a third International golf course the Elea. Anarita sits exactly between the three and none are more than 10 minutes away. 
 
There are so many historical sites in Pafos, that the entire city has been designated a UNESCO Heritage Centre. You should not miss the picturesque harbour and castle, also the ancient mosaics and tombs of the kings. Coral Bay (30 minutes) has a wonderful beach, and going the other way Pissouri Bay (15 minutes) has a nice beach also, plus the village of Pissouri has lots of charm and many traditional tavernas. In between the coastal road offers opportunities in the form of picnic sites set amongst the hiils and woods overlooking the blue ocean, and complete even with WC.

• Travel Info: The property, although close (less than 10 minutes)to the airport is not on a flight path and does not have aircraft noise intrusion. There are a choice of roads to Pafos town including the excellent motorway. Travel time just over 10 minutes.
