Brand new townhouse for 2009. Sleeps 4/6. On a quiet complex with landscaped gardens and 2 communal pools, with a well equipped gym on site. The house has air conditioning in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV. There is a large patio area barbecue and balcony overlooking one of the pools.  
 
Outside 
At the front of the house there is a large patio with table and 4 chairs, and ample room for 2 sunbeds. The path from the patio leads down to one of two shared pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, showers and toilet facilities, one pool having a Jacuzzi. The complex has been landscaped beautifully. 
At the back of the house is a small garden with a barbecue. 
There is a very well equipped gym on site with air conditioning. 
 
Location 
Anarita Valley is just a 8 minut drive from Paphos airport but is not on the flight path. 
A ten minute walk takes you to the village square, Anarita is a unspoiled traditional village with a supermarket, Bank and a handful of taverns the food is always excellent and prices in this area are far cheaper than you will find in the main town. A five minutes drive and you are at Asprokremnos Dam for fishing or a country walk. A five minutes drive takes you to Timi village where a Sunday market is held. In Timi you will find more taverns another supermarket, bakery and takeaways. Fifteen minutes west and you are in Paphos with its harbour and lively nightlife, travel a little further and explore the Tombs of the Kings one of many local ancient archaeological sites. 
 
 
Golf 
 
The Secret Valley Golf Course is approx 5km from the property. It is an 18 hole championship golf course set amongst mature trees with beautiful sculptured rock formations and spectacular views all around. The front 9 having a few nice warm-up holes and birdie opportunities plus a fairly straightforward dog-leg. The back nine is however more challenging. Par 72, 6120 metres. The Aphrodite Hills Golf Course. A fantastic and beautifully laid out award winning 18 hole championship course again overlooking the Mediterranean, and set amongst the hills above Ahprodites Rock with views to die for. In distance terms almost next door to Secret Valley, so again very close. At 6300m long and par 71/70, It is almost certainly the best in Cyprus, and as good as it's Spanish or Portuguese counterparts. Should you tire of these two right on your doorstep, a third course Minthis Hills is located high above Paphos at Tsada about 25 minutes by car. 

Notes on accommodation All rooms have air conditioning, the complex is suitable for couples and families with children. Furnished to a exceptionally high standard and equipped with all modern appliances. Satellite TV with BBC ITV CH4 CH5 etc, a DVD player with over 60 movies, and a stereo CD player with a ipod docking station . The house sleeps 4 plus 2 on sofa bed. Both bedrooms are of a very high standard with hand made furnishings and are fitted with window shutters. Main bedroom has a TV and balcony with stunning view of pool. Lounge with patio doors leading out to patio with ample room patio table and two sunbeds. Downstairs there is a third shower room and toilet
