This 2/3-bed villa is situated in the beautiful and picturesque PISSOURI BAY. It sleeps five comfortably and has air-conditioned bedrooms with great views to both front and rear. The views can be enjoyed from any one of 3 balconies.
The villa is fully furnished to a high standard providing you with all the comforts of home; these include garden furniture, loungers. BBQ, Sat TV, Video, Micro wave oven, car port and bath and shower rooms, to name but a few.

You will have easy access to a well maintained swimming pool or alternatively, take a short stroll to the beach.

The villa has one double and one twin bedroom with a further single mezanine room situated on the 3rd floor, accessible by a sturdy wooden step ladder. The main bedrooms have great views, balconies and air conditioning.

The lounge is furnished with a 3 piece suite, coffee table, sky TV and DVD Recorder (DVDs provided), ceiling fan and glazed double doors leading out to a large balcony with table and chairs and roll down sun shade. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave oven, breakfast bar and a complete range of crockery and cutlery.

Bathrooms

There is a choice of upstairs bathroom or downstairs walk in shower room, both have sink and toilet with a plentiful supply of clean towels.

The front garden is mainly paved with flower and shrub borders and potted plants. A BBQ stand is also provided.

Residents of Ambelones have exclusive use of the swimming pool, which is a 2-minute walk from the villa. Ampeli restaurant, shown in the photograph, is adjoined to the pool.
