Vacation Rental Description
The villa has 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one downstairs. There is another WC and basin downstairs.

There is a large, open-plan sitting room and dining room and this leads into the kitchen which has very modern appliances, including an American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, range cooker and microwave. In the sitting room there are two sofas, a TV, DVD player, ipod dock and CD player and radio. The dining room has a round table that can sit 6 people. The upstairs bedrooms have balconies.

Outside, there is plenty of patio space, some of which is covered for shade in the heat. There is a large table with 6 chairs outside and sun loungers. There are steps down to the 10 x 5 metre pool.

    • There is a welcome pack when you arrive. The villa will be cleaned and linen changed in the middle of a two week holiday. In the kitchen, in addition to the machines mentioned, there is also a liquidiser, a coffee maker, a grilling machine and an electric juicer. This property is suitable for a disabled person as there is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom downstairs. However, there are steps down to the swimming pool. There is a gate at the top of the steps so that children can be kept safe.
