Vacation Rental Description
This property is located in the exclusive Parakklesia area, on the edge of Limassol and is an ideal location from which to explore the countryside, as well as the main town of Limassol. Bayview Terraces was built in the early part of this decade, and the property was refurbished in early 2008. From this top floor apartment, you have a fantastic view of nearby hotels and the sea. There are private, landscaped gardens, and a pool for exclusive use of apartments in the complex. Pool has changing rooms, showers and toilets. There are a number of restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment. There is a mini supermarket and car-hire very nearby. Also, day trips and mini cruises can be organised from location very nearby.
The 5* St Raphael Hotel just opposite the complex offers most water sports from the marina. Hotel will also organise day trips, change money, or organise taxis. Elias Beach and Grand Resort Hotels also very close within 5 minutes walk.
A 10-15 minute drive eastwards will take you to Governor's Beach, a series of several sandy coves, where there is also a good restaurant and children's play equipment. West of Limassol takes you to Fassouri Water Park (30 mins), and the Roman theatre and beach at Kurion (30 mins). Easy access to the countryside northwards, Vuoni Donkey Sanctuary, Troodos and the mountains. Nicosia, Paphos and Larnaca are all within one hour's drive. From this location you can explore virtually anywhere in any direction.
There is a bus stop close by, from where you can go in to the centre of Limassol, where there is a wealth of shops bars, and cafes. Larnaca and Paphos international airports are both within one hour's drive.
Facilities
This apartment is very well equipped to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. All mod cons that you would expect to find; bedrooms have clock radios and hairdryers; cotton bathrobes supplied; swimming/beach towels provided; small selection of CDs and DVDs; small selection of paperbacks; beach toys. There is also a safe to lock away your valuables. Living and dining areas are open plan, with 2 sofas to seat 6. Opens on to balcony which runs full length of apartment. Main bedroom and second bedroom also open on to balcony. Balcony has table, chairs, umbrella, sunloungers and an awning. Cleaning can be arranged with property managers. We can also arrange airport transfer, meet and greet, and food pack to await your arrival. Apartment is accessible by stairs from the back, where there is also plenty of parking space. This property is NOT suitable for wheelchair users.
Activities
Most watersports available at St Raphael marina, five minutes walk. Golf 30 minutes drive. Excellent location to explore most of Cyprus. Leisure Club and gym available in St Raphael Hotel. Daily charge.

Airport transfers, food pack, meet and greet and mid-let cleaning can all be arranged if desired. We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.
