The Villa Frances V is Ideal for a family get together or a group of friends enjoying a holiday. Three minutes drive to the tourist Village square of Pervolia with its bars, restaurants and at the weekends- live music from traditional Cypriot Musicians and singers. Four minutes drive to one of the most secluded beaches in Cyprus (faros) and only 7-10 minutes drive from Larnaca International Airport. Wireless broadband internet access throughout the house.

Newly created in 2009, this two-story, 6 bedroom villa has been designed, for up to 12 adults. It is spacious, some 430sqm metres internally and stands on 660 sqm grounds, so there is lots and lots of space. It is located in the picturesque village of Pervolia,’one of the few remaining real Cypriot villages’ just outside Larnaca .

Ground Floor

On the ground floor there is a Dining room, and a sumptuous brand new kitchen with all the modern conveniences you could wish for. computer area with Wifi hub- and a flat screen satellite-T.V, computer games, a gym area, a spacious dining area and of course the ‘chill-out’ zone.

Private Swimming Pool

There is a large ‘over-flow’ combined Jacuzzi and swimming pool shaded by lovely trees.

First Floor

All of the bedrooms have king or queen -sized beds, 3 are ensuite and the other two share a large ‘master bathroom. All bedrooms have either beautiful green or pool views and own balcony

The final room is the massage and ‘relaxation room’.

Roof Terrace

Villa Frances has glorious views of the mountains and some views of the sea, these can be seen from the Roof Terrace which also provides an ideal place to relax and to absorb the panoramic view

If it is adventure is your game then there is world's best horse back riding. water skiing,para-gliding, or more sedate activities such as sunset cruise, bird watching, observing giant sea turtles, tours, birdwatching, and various other nature tours through the bio- sphere all of which can be arranged by our staff.
