Vacation Rental Description
Villa Sea Breeze is equipped for relaxed year-round holidays in great comfort. All rooms have individual air-conditioning and heating units. There is satellite television, telephone, DVD player and broad band internet in the lounge. The large patio area has a private pool surrounded by hedges between 6 and 8 feet high of pomegranate, oleander and ficus plus a fully equipped barbecue under a shady pergola. The spacious kitchen has an electric oven, hob, micro-wave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, large refrigerator and a dish-washer. A utility room contains a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The master bedroom has a Queen size double bed, en-suite shower with full facilities and a hair-dryer. A downstairs bedroom, easily accessible from the carport and garden, has a double bed and en-suite shower with full facilities. 2 more bedrooms upstairs with a double and 2 single beds share a large family bathroom. All bedding and towels are supplied. There are no extra charges for inbound international telephone calls or for any calls within Cyprus. Reasonable use of electricity is free. There is a shaded double carport.

    • A welcome pack will be provided for late arrivals to see you through breakfast time. A cleaning team will change the bedding and clean through the villa each week, a pool expert will keep the pool sparkling during your stay and a gardener will attend to the flowers, lawn and hedges. Maps of the area and directions to drive from Larnaca airport to the villa (15 minutes cautious hire car driving, <10 minutes by taxi) will be sent to you when you make a reservation.

    • Villa Sea Breeze is on the outskirts of the village of Pervolia, only 5 minutes walk from the beaches and just 20 minutes from the bustling town of Larnaca. There's a general grocery, bakery and café a 10 minute walk away and an airconditioned children's play centre in nearby Kiti. Larnaca town combines sites of great antiquity with the vibrancy of a busy shopping centre and sea-side resort. Fine beaches as well as Water Parks and a wide variety of restaurants and night-life are found a 30 minute drive to the east in Ayia Napa and Protaras. Westwards there's a Camel Park and the busy port city of Limassol, where King Richard the Lionheart married Berengaria of Navarre in 1191, and the recently excavated ruins of the Greco-Roman city of Curium, or Kourion, with its magnificent cliff-top theatre. Half an hour further to the west lie the superb mosaic floors of ancient villas behind the harbour of Pafos. Easy access to the mountains

    A booking will be considered as confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the agreed rent at least 8 weeks before the date of the tenancy. Please note that a booking cannot be considered as confirmed until this deposit has been received or some other arrangement agreed upon. This deposit is refundable if written notice of cancellation is received up until 6 weeks before the date of the start of the tenancy. Full payment must be made at least 6 weeks before the date of the tenancy. Any payments so far are refundable only if we can re-let the villa for that same period. An agreed deposit against damage to or abuse of the property or its contents that exceeds fair wear and tear must be paid at least 2 weeks before the tenancy. This deposit will be returned at the discretion of the owner 10 days after the end of the tenancy. Cheques and other slow to clear forms of payment must reach me at least 3 weeks before the dates above.
