Vacation Rental Description
Amy's Place is a fabulous child friendly villa in a wonderful coastal location, available for holiday and longer term lets for couples, families or groups of friends. The villa is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa located just a few hundred yards from the beach, on the outskirts of the lovely traditional village of Pervolia. Quiet and peaceful on a small gated development, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger town and facilities of Larnaca, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local shops and a variety of excellent tavernas and restaurants for eating out. It is fully equipped to a high standard for your maximum enjoyment and pleasure and includes a safe for your valuables for additional peace of mind, a travel cot and high chair if required and a selection of toys and dvds for our younger guests.
The villa benefits from its own private pool with child safety fence (removable if you have no children in your party) and walled garden. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as sun loungers to take full advantage of the rays. With one double and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families and groups of friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The ground floor of this beautiful villa is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle to make your holiday as easy as possible. The living area includes a comfortable 2 and 3 seater leather sofa with a radio/CD player, TV and DVD player. Satellite TV is connected so you have access to a small selection of English speaking channels as well as Cypriot! There is also a dining area with seating for 6. All table and kitchenware is provided and you should want for nothing during your stay. The large sliding patio doors give direct access to the terrace and garden so that even when you are inside you have the benefit of plenty of light. There is also a downstairs toilet and shower room, so that if you come back from the beach a little bit sandy then you can easily rinse off without having to trail upstairs.
Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite shower room and balcony overlooking the pool with sea views. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds which can be pushed together if required and share a fully fitted bathroom. Towels and linen are provided and all three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Bedroom two also has a balcony with sea views.
There is a small safe in the villa to keep your valuables under lock and key for extra security.
A travel cot and highchair are available for a small additional cost which could save you the expense of additional luggage charges.
The outside space of the villa is designed with your comfort, enjoyment and safety in mind. Amy's Place has it's own private walled garden with gated access. Whilst the majority of the garden is paved, it is has a vibrant mixed border. The main feature of the garden is the large private swimming pool to splash away the days in the sunshine. If you prefer to relax whilst keeping a keen eye on the children, there are sun loungers plus a large table and chairs for 6 and of course a BBQ so you can enjoy al fresco dining. If you feel the need to leave this idyllic setting then the beach is just two minutes away on foot.
Pool Safety Fence
We provide a safety fence for the pool for additional peace of mind with small children around. This is easily removed if you don't need it.

Facilities
You will be met at the villa on your arrival (whatever time of day or night) by our English speaking manager who will let you in, give you keys and help you settle in to your holiday as quickly as possible. She is also available at any time should you need anything during your stay, or simply want help with directions, recommendations for restaurants, etc.
Activities
There are full details of all sorts of activities in a convenient folder in the villa along with maps and telephone numbers and any other information you may need to plan your holiday activities. And if there is anything you can't find then just ask our representative who will be happy to help.

- Nearest Airport : Larnaca at 10 kilometers distance;
- Nearest Town : Larnaca at 12 kilometers distance
- Travel Info: Although car hire is not absolutely essential we do recommend it so that you can get out and about to the bigger shops and also to explore all the fabulous corners of the island.

A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages/damages deposit cheque of £150 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival. This will be kept on fiile and only banked should there be any losses, damage or breakages incurred during your stay. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cheque. We offer a discount for long lets of one month or longer so please contact us for details. We are happy to accept payment in euro. Please ask for details and for rates.
