Some parts of the village have been restored to the original traditional style and boasts some fine rustic restaurants.Oroklini public beach with some fine hotels is only five minutes away (2.5 km) and the center of Larnaca fifteen. John,(Cypriot) and Regina (French), met in the U.K whilst studying Hotel management. In 1979 after getting married they returned to Cyprus. Regina abandoned her carrier to bring up the family and John for almost thirty years was a general manager of some of the leading five and four star hotels in
Cyprus. In 2005 they started their own business.

John and Regina are well known in Cyprus and their name has always been associated with high professionalism, honesty, integrity and hard work.

Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and veranda overlooking the patio and pool. Two or three twin bedrooms, one with veranda overlooking the patio and pool, bathroom/WC. All bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating.

Large living dining room with satellite TV, DVD,CD/Radio, telephone,wi-fi internet, Safe (extra charge) with French windows opening onto veranda with patio and private pool. Fully equipped kitchen, guests WC.

Partly covered veranda, patio, private pool, garden furniture, umbrellas and sun loungers, built BBQ, covered car park & garden.

The Royal Villas are situated in a privileged position with views to mature gardens and in addition feature a sauna ,washing machine, hair dryer, stereo and have 24hrs free internet access(please bring your laptop) Royal Villas are cleaned twice a week and also receive a complimentary welcome pack.

High Season Price : €215 per Day

Rates are for a three bedroom villa.For a four bedroom please add 30 euros per day.

A deposit of three days accommodation is require with your confirmation.Balance within two days of your arrival preferably in cash as credit card payments carry a 3%extra charge.
