Luxury 5 star villa with private pool and terrace in quiet village, Oroklini just outside Larnaca.
Vacation Rental Description
The most attractive features to this villa is the quality of furnishing throughout. There is a very homely feel to this self catering villa and the furniture is very comfortable and modern. The key features is there's a house alarm, private pool and Air-con units are throughout the villa. Every modern con is catered for ranging from 42' plasma, WIFI, Satellite T.V., PS3, X-BOX 360, IPOD speakers, stainless steel gas hob and oven cooker, large silver fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, integrated dishwasher, water cooling dispenser, toaster and kettle. Outside there is a private swimming pool with night time pool light, for sunbathing there are 6 loungers all with comfortable blue mats, gas BBQ (Outback), 4 mountain bikes (2 adult & 2 children) and a large table with 8 rattan effect chairs. The bedrooms all have hand made draping curtains and black out blinds. There is also Italian designed floor to ceiling, wall to wall storage cupboards in all the bedrooms. Wireless broadband is available, however you must have your own laptop and follow the instructions carefully to access it! There is a Technical helpline you may call if need be.
PS3 with 2 control pads and X-Box 360 with 2 control pads (clients must take there own games).
The satellite T.V. has 30 English speaking channels, movie channels and music channels. Cyprus local digital TV is available. There is a movie hard drive with hundreds of assorted movies to choose from.
Baby safety gate at bottom of stairs. Cot x 2 and high chair x 2 available.
There is 2 children's play park very close to the villa.
There is 2 adult mountain bikes (1 male and 1 female) and 2 childrens mountain bikes.
Facilities
Village and town guides: In the villa you will find a listing of places to visit in the immediate area, around the region and further afield in Larnaca and Ayia Napa. There are several quality local restaurants and tevarnas to be enjoyed in Oroklini. While only a 15 minutes walk out of the village onto the Dhekelia road you will find a host of hotels and an assortment of restaurants offering excellent mouth-watering Indian cuisine, exotic Chinese or fantastic pasta, Beach front bars, sports bars and nightclubs, there is something for everyone who enjoys the finer side to life! While you are here you can visit Larnaca (10 minutes drive) and Ayia Napa (20 minute drive). Here you will find fantastic shopping, culture, history, boat trips and sightseeing. Maybe you could go a little further afield to Limissol (45 minutes drive) or if you would like to go skiing in the winter why not visit Troodas Mountains (1 hour drive).

Oroklini area
The villa is situated in a quiet cypriot village. There are taverna's / restaurants offering good quality food and value for money. There are bars, supermarkets, chemist, bakery, Bank of Cyprus with ATM, hairdresser and much more. Also on offer is a leisure centre, go-karting, horse / donkey riding and a DVD shop which offers DVD and playstation 2 games for hire.
With a 15 minute walk or 3 minute's in a taxi you will find Larnaca's Blue Flag beach, as well as numorous restaurants offering local and international cuisine, bars, hotels, nightclubs, shops, car hire outlets, and taxi hire and a ten pin bowling venue. Approximately 7 kilometres from the villa you will find Larnaca, which is the 3rd largest town in Cyprus. In this town you will an ubbundance of facilities offering everything from multiplex cinemas, internet cafes, music shops, boutiques and the ever popular, mile long, palm tree promenade by the sea front.

However, if we have departures and arrivals on the same day, we would expect guests to leave by 11.00 hours on the day of departure to accommodate new guests who would not obtain access until 16.00 hours.

A perfect villa to stay.

We were in Cool Breeze Villa for a week in may. We did have a great time. The villa was excellent equipped, everything we needed was available. The large livingroom was comfortable and with modern furniture. We were with 6 adults and we had plenty of space to live. When we were in the villa the swimming pool was used from the morning till the evening. There was enough shadow when someone did not like to have so much sun. Outside we had a lot of privacy and the view was magnificent. The neighbours were very kind and offered to help us if needed. It was a good advice to rent a car. We went to the beautifull beach at Agia Napa and we visite Nicosia. There is plenty of parking just outside and inside the town. In Oroklini is a very good Zorba's bakery and a 24 hours little supermarket. The Lidll, a large supermarket, is near the highway in Ormidela and also at the beachroad to Larnaca. The bikes we used every day.

I visited the villa last year for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, so I booked it twice this year for 2 weeks in August and 1 week in October.
Since last year there have been some brilliant improvements, the pool has been relined, the pool and patio area has been laid with tiles that do no hold the heat, so you can walk on it bare footed even in the middle of August. The front has been levelled and lighting installed, ideal for sitting out in the afternoon as it is in the shade till around 5pm. Inside both the bathrooms have been updated to a high standard, this being in character with the whole villa, again the villa was immaculate inside and out.
The location of Cool Breeze Villa is at the end of a quiet Cul-de-sac and is adjacent to an open space on one side and a friendly neighbour on the other, with no excessive vehicle noise, as the main estate road is 50-100mts away with the main village road 3-400mts away.
A hire car is not essential as there is a good bus service into Larnaca that goes passed the beach, however should you wish to explore the island and get out and about more, visiting, Protaras, Ayia Napa, the water park, Trudos, Limmasol, the list is endless, and then a hire car is a must. The entrance to the motorway is just at the top of the village giving easy access to the places mentioned.
However, if you just want a quiet relaxing holiday, then everything you need is within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the villa. The village has everything you might need from a 24 hour bakery, which is naughty but a must, 2 supermarkets (the furthest one is the cheapest, even cheaper than the Metro in Larnaca for lots of things), a pharmacy, DVD rental shop, takeaways, restaurants (the 'Only' restaurant does a brilliant all day 'English' breakfast), taverna’s, banks with ATM, beauty therapy, a butchers, (excellent meat for the 'barby' and more than very reasonable.)
The army base at Dhekalia is a must for the best fish and chips you will ever taste.
For the energetic there is a new fitness centre which cost 10 euro’s for a week’s subscription. For the non energetic the ‘Sports Bar' on the main road, shows all major games.
Cool Breeze Villa provides an excellent base for your holiday, whether you wish to explore the island, or have a private lazy, quiet life which would give you little reason to leave the villa especially with the pool being so inviting.
A highly recommended holiday.

I continually try to keep Cool Breeze Villa up to a very high standard and I feel the pictures justify this.
