The most attractive features to this villa is the quality of furnishing throughout. There is a very homely feel to this self catering villa and the furniture is very comfortable and modern. The key features is there's a private pool and Air-conditioning units are throughout the villa. Every modern con is catered for ranging from 42' plasma, WIFI, Satellite T.V., DVD player, DVD library, stainless steel gas hob and oven cooker, large silver fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, integrated dishwasher, water cooling dispenser, toaster and kettle. Outside there is a private swimming pool with night time pool light, for sunbathing there are 6 loungers all with comfortable blue mats, there are 2 BBQ and a large table with 6 chairs. The patio area has stamped concrete and compliments the private pool. The bedrooms all have hand made draping curtains and black out blinds. There is also Italian designed floor to ceiling, wall to wall storage cupboards in all the bedrooms.

Oroklini area
The villa is situated in a quiet cypriot village. There are taverna's / restaurants offering good quality food and value for money. There are bars, supermarkets, chemist, bakery, Bank of Cyprus with ATM, hairdresser and much more. Also on offer is a leisure centre, go-karting, horse / donkey riding and a DVD shop which offers DVD and playstation 2 games for hire.

With a 15 minute walk or 3 minute's in a taxi you will find Larnaca's Blue Flag beach, as well as numorous restaurants offering local and international cuisine, bars, hotels, nightclubs, shops, car hire outlets, and taxi hire and a ten pin bowling venue. Approximately 7 kilometres from the villa you will find Larnaca, which is the 3rd largest town in Cyprus. In this town you will an ubbundance of facilities offering everything from multiplex cinemas, internet cafes, music shops, boutiques and the ever popular, mile long, palm tree promenade by the sea front.

While only a 15 minutes walk out of the village onto the Dhekelia road you will find a host of hotels and an assortment of restaurants offering excellent mouth-watering Indian cuisine, exotic Chinese or fantastic pasta, Beach front bars, sports bars and nightclubs, there is something for everyone who enjoys the finer side to life! While you are here you can visit Larnaca (10 minutes drive) and Ayia Napa (20 minute drive). Here you will find fantastic shopping, culture, history, boat trips and sightseeing. Maybe you could go a little further afield to Limissol (45 minutes drive) or if you would like to go skiing in the winter why not visit Troodas Mountains (1 hour drive).

With this price we offer air-conditioning FREE of charge and use of the safe is also FREE (at owners risk, please arrange travel insurance). WIFI and pool maintenance is also included in the price. Rates include meet and greet team but do not include transfers. Guests must either arrange car hire from the airport or if no hire car is wanted then use of the airport taxi's will be needed for transfers. The average cost of a taxi from the Airport to Cool Breeze Villa is 25 Euros for a 4 seater taxi.

Booking Criteria:
10% off last minute bookings from up to 4 weeks before departure (full balance to be paid on booking).
Deposit of 25% required for confirmation of booking (non-refundable if cancelled less than 8 weeks before arrival).
Balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Lettings entry from 16.00 hours on arrival.
Property to be vacated by 11.00 hours on departure.
