The Mediterranean Sunrise Apartments, located on the hills of Oroklini, near Larnaca is a brand new development of outstanding quality and has been designed to provide spacious apartments, all with sea and mountain views.

It is situated in the quiet village of Oroklini, about a 5 minute drive to blue flag beaches, a 15 minute drive to Larnaca town & 20 minutes from Larnaca airport.

The village itself is in easy walking distance and offers a range of shops including a 24hr bakery, supermarkets, banks and chemists.

The heart of the village offers a selection of local tavernas serving delicious traditional food including mezes, whilst the coast road, a 5 minute drive away, offers a further variety of excellent restaurants and bars.

The complex comprises of 42 luxury spacious apartments in two blocks, with a large communal swimming pool, jacuzzi, water fall and a kids pool between the apartments. There are also gardens to sit in and relax.
Each apartment has a lockable storage area and covered car parking space.
Apartment 207, Block A

This fully air conditioned apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large open plan lounge diner and kitchen. It also has a large covered balcony with views of both the hills and the sea.

It is furnished in a contemporary style to a high standard and is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, television, DVD and music system.
It sleeps 4 people comfortably but can sleep up to 6 people if required.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and large fitted wardrobes. It benefits from air conditioning* and a ceiling fan. There is an en-suite bathroom comprising of a shower, toilet and hand basin. From the window there are views of the Oroklini hills.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large fitted wardrobe. It also has air conditioning* and a ceiling fan. The hills can also be seen from the window.

Two single foldaway beds are available for additional sleeping if required.

The fully tiled bathroom, has a modern white suite consisting of toilet, sink and a bath with an overhead shower.

The lounge is large and open plan with a 3 seater leather sofa and chair, coffee table and sideboard. There is a LCD TV with DVD player and music system for entertainment. A variety of games and books are provided.

The dining area has a large glass dining table and seating for four people. The lounge
/ dining area also has air conditioning*.

The kitchen is well equipped with built in oven and ceramic hob, extractor fan, washing machine, microwave and large fridge freezer.

From either the kitchen or lounge, double sliding doors take you onto a large covered balcony. It runs the full width of the apartment and has patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are also two recliners for your comfort and relaxation.
The balcony has the sun in the morning and is shady for the afternoon. Although the apartment does not overlook the pool, both the sea and the hills can be seen from the balcony.

The apartment also benefits from a lockable storage area near the covered parking space A lift is also available if required as the apartment is on the second floor.

All bed linen, towels and beach towels are supplied and for extra comfort, a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, clothes airer, coolbags & iceblocks are also available for your use.

The property will be cleaned for your arrival. Mid let cleans and change of laundry during your stay can be arranged at your request for a small charge.

A cot and highchair are also available on request.

The apartment is non smoking.

The air conditioning units heat, as well as cool the rooms and are remote contolled with overnight settings.

The diving is particularly good with the ‘Zenobi’, one of the worlds best 10 dive sites only a 10 minute boat ride from Larnaca.

Terms are 20% on booking and the balance 8 weeks before departure.
