Vacation Rental Description

This is a purpose built 2 bedroom apartment in the beautiful quiet Village of Mazotos. There is a shared pool and a play area for the children. The village has wonderful views over the hills and there are 2 supermarkets a bank and taverna close by. A 5 minute drive takes you to the small beach, tavernas and the Camel Park. Pervolia is nearby and has many tavernas and beaches,(well worth a visit in the evening when they have Cypriot shows). Larnaca is a 15 minute drive where there is good shopping, tavernas and wonderful sandy beaches. Ziggi is an approximate 15 minute drive where there are wonderful fish restaurants.

There is a medium sized shared pool, and a patio area. The apartment has a balcony with table and chairs.

The local beach is a 5 minute drive. Beaches at Pervolia are an approximate 10 minute drive. Larger beaches, Tavernas, Restaurants and shops are at Larnaca a 15 minute drive away, also Larnaca features a pleasant Marina.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobe, dressing table and folding bed. Lounge with bed settee. Bathroom has bath with shower over toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker, hob, and washing machine. The lounge has a bed settee, a settee, coffee table, TV, DVD Player, table and 6 chairs. Towels are provided but not beach towels. The apartment is cleaned and the bed linen is changed at the start of each let.

Activities

There are Golf Courses in the Paphos area. A Golf course is planned for Tersefanou but not yet constructed.

Skiing
There is skiing in the Troodos mountains weather permitting..

In centre of Mazotos Village 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket.

Travel Options

Travel Info: Larnaca International Airport is a 15 minute drive. Car hire is essential.

A 25% deposit is required with the final payment due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. There is also a further returnable deposit of £150 to cover any breakages and the safe return of the keys.
