The house is a first class 40sqm UK make 3 bedroom caravan house, permanently situated in a 15,000sqm farm, in front of a 100sqm covered and totally enclosed (in the wintertime) verandah. The verandah has a large granite bar, full BBQ set and double sink. 
 
The main gate is an automatic electric gate. The farm is certified as a biological farm and produces the highest possible quality olive oil, eggs, fresh vegetables available to our guests for their salads and outstanding quality free range chickens. 
 
The farm is located in Kofinou Village at the centre of Cyprus, at the exact junction of the motorways connecting Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca, about 25km from the Airport and 5km from the nearest beach. The house living /kitchen area is air-conditioned and there is a very effective wood stove for heating the verandah in the winter. 
 
There are six traditional Cyprus restaurants from 200m to 500m from the farm and two supermarkets. Our farm operator is permanently based there in his own accommodation and always available to offer general assistance.

The farm contains about 150 olive and carob trees, many other pine and acacia trees, a diverse vegetable garden, rabbit and canary breeding cages, about 300sqm of huge cages with fully grown trees inside, where many of the native birds of Cyprus live and breed happily, chicken pen, peacock pen, pigeon pen and wild pigeon pen. The very rarely seen wild Cyprus hare is also being bred free range on the farm which is completely surrounded by a 2.4m narrow mesh security fence with barbed wire on the top.
