This cozy and extremely functional beach house consist of 2 bedrooms which are on the upper level, giving the opportunity to the residents to live smoothly under the same roof while one wants to rest while the other wishes to watch TV or listen to music downstairs.

The two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) make living even more comfortable. A bathtub is available only on the upstairs bathroom whereas an open-air shower will be waiting for your on the side of the house to relieve you from the salty waters of the beach 2-minute walk away from the house, leaving you fresh to enjoy your watermelon on the veranda!!

The fully equipped kitchen and a fully functional washing machine will ensure that your stay is fully enhanced by all you need to make your stay less costly and hassled.

there is a parking area on the side of the house for a car that you may wish to rent an the local low cost rates.

The house is situated in a quiet area which is considered as an excellent location since within 10-15 minutes drive you can find yourselves near the more cosmopolitan areas.

The house is fully air conditioned via 3 air condition units. A fully functional washing machine will make your stay extremely comfortable and less dependent on outsourced facilities. Traditional kiosks selling all necessary items (from food and alcohol to newspapers and washing materials) are at a walking distance from the holiday house!

The house is situated in an area which combines unique qualities for a demanding traveler. While in a short distance from the airport (thus keeping the transport cost really low), this cozy holiday-house is on average 2-15 minutes to seasides of three styles - (1) cosmopolitan (2)quiet - isolated from the crowds (3) private (right behind the house).

It is important to mention that a short drive takes you to the middle of the old city and to the island's most famous fish-taverns and open-air cafes where one can spend endless hours reading and eating
