Newley built house/villa in the village of Xylophagou just 30 mins from Larnaca airport. Private pool 3x9 metres. Small patio area with table/chairs and (6)sunbeds. Coal barbecue, Pool table and darts board available. Although a village location it is very central to the Laranaca region. A car is a much preferred option although there are local taxis and public transport in the main part of the village. There are 3 bedrooms. BEDROOM 1 - a double bed with the ensuite. BEDROOM 2 - 2 single beds. BEDROOM 3 - 2 single beds. All bedrooms have a fitted wardrobe with shelves and hanging space. The villa has a main bathroom, one shower ensuite and a downstairs washroom. The lounge is a good size with a kitchen that includes more than necessities. The local village has a pizza takeway, a newish sports bar CHILLS serving good food, local kebab house, butchers, bakers, banks, chemists, supermarket etc. By car Nissi beech, Waterworld, Go-Karting is just 10 mins away, Ayia Napa 15 mins, Protaras 20 mins.
