The penthouse has a huge terrace, an allocated parking space, intercom access, and is furnished with fitted wardrobes and kitchen. Finish is in neutral colours of classy but contemporary design, which provide light and airy spacious living areas.
The large living area is furnished with 2 leather sofas, 1 of which is a double sofabeds. Both dining and patio areas cater for 6. TV comes with satellite channels and DVD player. Temperatures rarely fall below 62ºF, with the exception of the Troodos Mountains, where snow falls. The Capital of Nicosia, based inland, is the driest and hottest part of the island. Spring and Autumn are the most pleasant seasons, when it’s warm and sunny – but comfortable.
