Situated in a quiet residential area close to Saint Lazarus Church. A 5 minute flat walk from property to the town centre, Larnaca seafront, marina, fishing harbour and Mackenzie Beach. 
 
The penthouse covers the entire fifth floor, with views out to sea and to the mountains. Exceptionally large sun terrace and covered varandas. 3 double bedrooms. Front bedroom has large balcony and lovely sea views. Rear bedroom has ensuite shower and toilet and a balcony. Third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and air conditioning. There is another bathroom with toilet and shower. The large sitting room has TV, DVD, Satallite TV and internet access. The kitchen opens out onto a large covered terrace area. There is a table and chairs in the kitchen and also large table and chairs on the Terrace. 
 
The penthouse is supplied with all the linen and kitchen equipment you might need to ensure a comfortable and luxurious holiday. 
 
Sitting on the terrace in the evening, with a glass of wine, looking out to sea and catching the sea breeze is delightful. 
 
During the day if you want to sunbathe in private, you can do so on the large sun terrace in peace and quiet. 
 
The building has easy access and a lift to the penthouse. There is undercover parking.

    • Why go to Larnaca? There are almost too many reasons to list. Larnaca is a working town; it's alive all year round and not dependent just on Tourism.  
     
    The Penthouse is literally a five minute drive from Larnaca airport. 
     
    On a personal front we love the town for the friendly people, glorious climate and wonderful food. Everyone speaks english and they drive on the left which makes getting around easy. For divers the best wreck in the Mediterranean (The Zenobia) lies 1000 metres offshore. Just do a google search for Larnaca plus your favouite occupation and take a read. Yes, you can even Ski in the Troodos in the winter.... 
     
     
    For swimming and snorkeling go to green bay, 30 mins by car north of Agia Napa. The dive-In guys will give you a map. Whilst you are up there take a look at Cape Greko and marvel at the horror of the strip at Protaras. Agia Napa is a gas at night, the calm monastery in the midst of friendly mayhem.
