Located in a private gated complex this resort is both beautiful and secure. With a good size communal pool and tennis court its perfect for that relaxing getaway. Having the benefit of being fully furnished to a very high standard with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, its just minutes from the Dekelia road with an array of bars, restaurants, shops and activities. 
 
There is a host of water sports on Pyla beach, including para-gliding, jet skis and many more. These can be obtained via the Golden Bay Beach Hotel, or the Palm Beach hotel on the Dekelia Road. There is also a ten-pin bowling complex on the Dekelia Road, only a short drive from the apartment. 
 
Upon your arival there is a meet and greet service available at a cost of around 15 Euros, which includes clients being met at the airport and taken to the complex. Once there you will have the full use of the apartment to include: Satelite tv, DVD player with a range of DVDs, washing machine, linen service, fidge freezer, oven/hob, remote control air conditioning etc Outside there is a large balcony (10sq/m) furnished with a table and chairs. It makes the perfect area for watching the sunset on the evening whilst enjoying a relaxing end to your day. 
 
If you like to venture out the apartment is only a stones throw from an excellent local village taverna and supermarket and a short drive away from a host of shops, banks, car hire, bureau de change, bowling complex's etc. 
The local restaurants are plentiful with a range of excellent cuisine. Should you like to try some local food there are many options, or maybe something a little more familiar such as Chinese, Indian, European or of course pizza hut! Having the benefit of some very nice local bars you have the option of having a very relaxing holiday, or taking a trip down the road to Ayia Napa (20km/12m) to explore your wild side. 
 
If you like to discover your surroundings in the local area, then there are many archaeological sites, museums and art galleries in the town centre for the more historical view of the city. 
 
Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive a welcome pack accompanied with directions to and from the complex.

A £100 security deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure the dates requested,this will be returned once the necessary checks are made to the property and the keys returned. Full balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Keys and gate codes will be sent with a welcome pack and all relevant info for your holiday 2 weeks prior to departure. We accept payment via cheque, bank transfer, and paypal. If opting to pay via paypal there will be a surcharge of 3.5%.
