A spacious yet cosy villa, fully air conditioned throughout, which is ideal for a relaxing group or family holiday. Located in a traditional Cypriot Village, you will be in tranquil and serene surroundings, yet the main lively town of Larnaca is only 15 minutes away.

The house itself has its own illuminated private swimming pool and large patio area around it, which is perfect for summer barbecues and dining alfresco. There is a table and seating area and sun loungers for you to enjoy the sunshine.

Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean and at the crossroads of three continents. With it's beautiful landscapes and seascapes, the warm, friendly culture, and excellent cuisine, Cyprus has something for everyone.

The beaches are among the best in the world and the crystal blue waters are perfect for families with small children. The mountainous interior, the Troodos, offers an alluring contrast to the coast that shouldn't be overlooked

Inside, you will find an open plan kitchen, dining room and living area with satellite TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs for you to enjoy.

There is a downstairs double bedroom with en suite and an additional WC. Ideal for elderly people or those with restricted mobility.

The marble staircase then leads you upstairs to two further bedroom, a twin room with en suite and master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a balcony with a seating area from where you can appreciate the wonderful hillside views.

The villa was great, we all had a wonderful time and are thinking of booking again. Barry was a great help and done a great job of cleaning the pool and directions, used Stavros another nice chap car was great with no problems. Once again thank you very much and hope to speak again.

- We had a really enjoyable stay at your villa thank-you.The villa was lovely and very spacious and the air conditioning a major bonus. Also good variety of toys for the pool which our baby enjoyed.
