Villa Leni is a beautifully furnished detached villa with a private 8x4 mtr swimming pool and private parking. It has all the comforts you would expect at home and is very well equipped in all areas. The large lounge has patio doors opening onto 2 veranda's with views of the sea and cooling breezes. The very large front patio is furnished with 4 comfortable armchairs, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs and is mostly in shade.
The 2 double bedrooms have furnished balconies with sea views and air-conditioning, the master bedroom is en-suite. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and also has air-conditioning. The family bathroom has a shower cubicle as well as a bath.
Villa Leni has marble floors throughout and has air-conditioning with central heating for the winter. The extremely well equipped kitchen has granite worktops with all that anyone would ever need for a self catering holiday. The dining room is through an archway from the kitchen and has a lovely Thai dining table and 6 rattan dining chairs should you prefer to dine indoors.
The private pool area is large and has 6 sunbeds with mattress'es and a wrought iron and glass dining table with 6 chairs shaded by a gazebo. Also there are 2 comfortable armchairs, coffee table and a huge sun umbrella along with several portable umbrella's and stands.
The gardens are maturing now and we have orange, lemon, mandarin, pear, apple, peach, fig, plum and yanadunia trees, off which we encourage our guests to pick and enjoy the fruit in season. There is also an ancient olive tree which we harvest every year and take the olives to the local pressing factory to make our own olive oil.
We are a 2 minute walk to the closest restaurant/bar, Rafter's, literally at the end of the street and one of the best on the island. There are a choice of supermarkets within a 5/10 minute drive of the villa and the closest very good one is a 10 minute walk. Ozankoy village is a 10/15 minute walk and has some very good restaurants, 2 mini markets and a bookshop. The call to prayer from the mosque there can be heard really clearly at the house.
There is a little pebble beach at Karakum a 10 minute walk, or 10 minutes by car will take you to a lovely sandy cove called Lara Beach. A 15 minute drive to Alagadi or Turtle Beach with miles of sand and few people.
