Our property is semi-detached, directly overlooking the pool and has a large 5m2 Bedroom upstairs with en-suite shower room, air conditioning, twin 1m wide beds, large built-in wardrobes with shelves, drawers and hanging space complete with hangers, a dressing table, and double doors leading to a balcony where you can sit looking out to the sea and the mountains at the table with 2 chairs. There is also a washing machine in an alcove in the shower room for your use.

Downstairs is a smaller bedroom also with twin beds, air conditioning, a shelved cupboard with hanging space and hangers for your clothes, and a dressing table. It has sliding doors to a balcony and access to the rear patio where you can sit and have a drink whilst watching the sunset at the table with 4 chairs.
There is an American style kitchen/lounge with a cane sofa and two chairs, lots of cutlery and a fully equipped kitchen with gas/electric cooker and a fridge/freezer, if you wish to cook or just prepare breakfast. Double doors at the front lead to a balcony with a large table and 4 chairs.

The front garden is in the Mediterranean style with stones, pots roses and shrubs.

Outside, a 12m X 6m pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs are there for your use. There is a small room under the pool with some books left by guests and some basic gym equipment for use at your own risk.

Local restaurants are excellent quality at a very resonable price. The village has a well stocked shop to purchase your provisions or you can go to one of the many supermarkets now open a short drive away.

We recommend that you hire a car for the duration of your stay and can arrange this for you.

We will arrange for you to be met at the airport of your choice (Ercan or Larnaca) to take you to the property.

We require a non-refundable deposit of £100 and a £200 Damage Retainer (returned to you at the end of your stay.

The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure.

If you cancel up to 4 week before departure, we will refund 50% of the booking fee. No refunds will be given withih 4 weeks of departure.

The price is for 2 persons occupying the villa for one week. Each extra person is charged at £25 per week.
