As the name suggests this Villa is set on the mountainside with stunning views towards the Sea and Mountains. This Luxury 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom detached Villa is set in nearly half an acre with a 10m x 5m private overflow pool. Full central heating and Air conditioning. Ideal for Walking or relaxing on the nearby beach. An Individual architect designed 3 Double Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, Luxury Villa built in traditional Mediterranean Style. Completed and furnished in June 2007.
An advantage over many other Villas is that our experienced Managers live nearby and are therefore able to offer immediate assistance and advice.
The Villa is set in its own Grounds of nearly half an acre with mature olive and Almond trees having been replanted in the gardens to preserve the greenery in the area.
The property is designed for outdoor living and entertainment with an upper covered Barbecue terrace, Large terrace, sunbathing and Dining areas surrounding the pool and a large side and rear gardens should you wish a change of Scenery.
The Views from the property are Stunning with Sea views to the front (North) and Mountain views to the East and South
The Villas private overflow pool is 10 metres x 5 Metres and will be regularly serviced by our manager during your stay.
This just completed property has been newly furnished to a very high standard using local craftsmen and is complete with Air conditioning and Gas fired Central Heating.
The Kitchen appliances are stainless steel with black granite worktops, whilst the washing machine is in the separate Utility room to make any cleaning of clothes or towels easy and uncluttered.
The Lounge features large comfortable sofas with satellite TV and DVD. The ground level areas are finished in polished natural travertine stone flooring.
To book for a party of more than 6, or for more privacy please read in conjunction with property number 12556 which borders the property but remains private should you wish.
Facilities
This recently completed property has been newly furnished to a very high standard using local craftsmen and is complete with Air conditioning and Gas fired Central Heating. The travertine floors of the villa remain cool in the summer months. The bedrooms have blackout cutains behind the satin voiles to keep the heat and light out of the sleeping areas. The property is fitted with Satelite TV which has a large selection of channels and a DVD The Villa is fully cleaned before your arrival and a Welcome pack left for you. The villa has 2 new booster seats suitable for children between 15 - 36 Kg and a Maclaren stroller buggy for your use.The Kitchen appliances are stainless steel with black granite worktops, whilst the washing machine is in the separate Utility room to make any cleaning of clothes or towels easy and uncluttered. The Lounge features large comfortable sofas All bathrooms feature wet room style shower areas
Activities
Kyrenia Harbour is simply a must on a visit to Northern Cyprus. By day or night it is a pleasure to walk through or sit and mix with the locals at one of the harbourside cafes.
Malatya is a small Hamlet that sits high in the hills above the pretty village of Alsancak. This village is the nearest centre for well stocked mini markets , Two supermarkets, several excellent restaurants and bars,along with a petrol station.
There are many excellent restaurants and beaches within a short drive. We do provide an information pack before you leave so you are aware of the local attractions. Our local experienced managers are a big advantage for our guests as they are able to provide immediate help and advice as required
