Vacation Rental Description
The villa is situated in a quiet residential street with a private 8x4m pool landscaped gardens. The large terrace is partially shaded by trees and has a separate shaded dining area under the olive tree, and BBQ. Shops, Retaurants, the sea and the main road into Kyrenia are a pleasant 8 minute walk away. The fully air conditioned villa sleeps six in comfort with two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. There is satellite TV, DVDs and a chilled water dispenser. We also supply huge towels for the sunbeds and beach towels.
• Two main rooms have lockable cupboards. 2nd bedroom has a personal safe for cash and passports atc. Baby equipment (Cot, highchair etc) can be hired by arrangement.
• Accommodation on one level, with one step to the front door, but level access to the rear of the property. Steps in the garden.
• Beautifully landscaped gardens surround the villa offering all the colours and scents of Cyprus. The 8m x 4m overflow swimming pool is surrounded by a completely private terrace which is equipped with 6 adjustable sunbeds with cushions, parasols and plenty of tables for your ice cold drinks. In the shade of the olive tree there's a dining table with six chairs.
• The sea is only an 8 minute walk away where there is a beach bar with pool facilities. If you decide to hire a car then the beach options are endless, some only a short ride away.
• Prices shown are for the property per week for up to 4 guests, in UK Pounds.
Additional guests will be charged at £50 per guest per week.
£150 bond required against breakages,damage and unfair/irresponsible use of the aircon payable with the balance, refundable within one week of departure.
Rates are negotiable for long lets.

Hob/stove, oven, iron & Board, Internet Access, barbecue, TV and DVD player, radio/CD Player, CDs, books and games, Bedlinen,towels and beach towels are included and changed weekly. Visitors are also welcome to use the washing machine between changes.
The villa will be cleaned prior to arrival - mid-term cleaning by arrangement only.

The sea,local shops,a Bank, a very good supermarket stocking a large array of English products, and many first class restaurants are all within walking distance.
Nearby beaches offer water sports including diving. Companies in Kyrenia harbour offer boat trips, fishing trips and diving from boats; also tandem paragliding- as the landing site is very near our villa you'll have the opportunity to watch the paragliders too!
Organised hiking expeditions are offered during the spring and autumn, but the mountains are there to be walked all year round.

Flight into Lefkosa (Ercan) airport in Northern Cyprus takes approx 6 hours, including a stop in Turkey. Taxi to the villa takes about 40 minutes and costs approx £35.
Flight into Larnaca in Southern Cyprus takes approx 4.5 hours. Taxi to the villa takes about 1.25 hours and costs approx £50. The taxi driver will deal with the border crossing formalities.
